  1. if I was looking for a shooter,id opt for a 686 or 586 ..early models have no lock I shoot a 686plus ,had it listed for sale for a bit but every time I shoot it it makes me smile so I am keeping it ,its a 7 shot 6" model.,...It gives me that Dirty Harry feeling every time I take aim with it Every collection needs a S&W 357 I own 3 a 19 ,66 and 686

  6. i reload 40 all the time,its always been good for me at the range its only a tad higher than 9MM to reload .......
  7. wow how many bullets are we talking about ? Pullet puller hammers are a PITA I made up my first 357 loads this week,powder was way limp even at full loads........Need some H110

I had a DB9 for a while,I ended up selling it - I just did not like the gun at all but it was small....here it is side by side w my BG380.....can even use the same holsters Some of the things I detested in the DB9 were the cheapness of it,the slide moved a bunch,IMO it needed more rail the trigger was pot metaland flimsy...Its just a cheap gunw too many cut corners - but hey what do I know I prefer a Airweight for CCW
  11. I guess bad guys only come out at night to buy ammo? Geez,..... I really do not shop much at Walmart for much of anything and I have been to that one in collierville - I prefer the one on HWY64 but honestly guys Walmart does lots of things none really well......Support your local shop

    I got mine for 650 2 weeks ago But only cause I buy often at the same shop and the guy was nice enough to hook me up.......he had 2 and sold the other for 799 LOL........ Its good to be nice to your local gun shop PS I ran 75 rounds through it straight out of the box and its a FANTASTIC shooter ...find you one !
  15. CZ P01s are nice,I prefer the std CZ75 but check u out a used S&W 5906 9MM,350 bucks and one of the best 9s ever made

  18. the good news is SIG is the best in class for cust service and will remedy the problem quick.......The bad news is this is not an unusual problem for the 290
  19. The new wave of German 22s like the Umarex,GSG have had plenty of slide cracks and failures.......be aware....
