1. we spend 6.5 billion a year keeping airports safe for that occasional shoe bomber....... Lets (IMO) slow down the airport security , its over secured anyways and  put some of that skin in the game of school security  - armed guards is a good start Ending NO GUN zones is another   02
2. we didnt have this many nut jobs when I was a kid - its the brain of todays youth, they are haywire......but then again we spend billions at the airports to protect flyers from a shoe bomb and the occasional highjacker, well the airports are OVER secure  - how about spreading some of that money to schools and lets secure those kids from madmen !!!!!!

5. IT SHOT LIKE A CADILLAC TOO   for a 45 it had low recoil,a pretty smooth trigger and it actually had the nerve to hit the target where I pointed it........100 rounds down the pipe and all went BANG   :)

9. I pulled my mag disconnect from my Ruger.......its a nuisance
10. easy to be a monday morning quarterback, yes the man did a calamity of errors (these things are usually filled with multiple errors) but at the end of the day a boy is dead and a father is for the rest of his life going to be in misery if he does not end up killing himself from the grief RIP
11. I have bought plenty of new vehicles , i think the experience varys greatly from Brand to Brand....Its un fortunate that some brands have really bad salespersons because the mgt dont pay and the get the bottom of the barrel of professionals but some, like my last GMC I bought in 2011 were fun experiences I have one rule, always walk out after the test drive and make them sweat for a day before you buy anything
12. welcome to the new America .....Keep working please, someone else doesnt want too

15.
Somehow I don't see "assembled in America" as the same thing as "made in America"
The way things are today and the lack of suppliers and resources really limits production on stuff like this So to build something here in the usa means pulling in parts from all over the globe to MFG it here.. We are now a global manufacture thanks to things lie NAFTA and other silly deals
16. and they shoot surprisingly light compared to many others
17.
After taking an SI class with Randy where my beloved CZ75B Omega broke after 10,000+ rounds, I broke out my SP101... Since the SP is EDC 10% - 20% of the time, it was a great opportunity to see how well I could shoot with it. Pretty well as it turns out, but I realized 5 shots with slower reloads using speedloaders could be a problem with more than one BG. I also discovered speed strips were a no go for me maybe because I am a southpaw Any recommendations, under $600, new or used, for an all steel or steel/alloy 9? If nothing in that arena, I have handled a full size M&P and liked it, what about their compact / shield? I simply don't care about the weight - my first EDC was the SP and I have no problems with the full sized 75. Thanks, GtG
I am a big fan of CZ,why not just get another CZ or fix yours I have 4 CZs myself and I think they are awsome..Only thing close IMO is a S&W 5906 but they are no longer in production, best S&W Semi auto ever made IMO......
18. i have em on my G23.......best sights I could have asked for
19. wow nice and unique,.....looks like a well built machine
20. I own a 23,cant go wrong but when comparing Glock to other brands adding in night sights and maybe the 3.5# trigger bar which IMO are all much needed add ons for a Glock so now your in the 650-700 dollar zone and in that price range you now IMO have to consider SIG and a few other hand guns...
21. troll from New Hampshire......We dont need EBT cards and free condoms either
22. sad that they went under, unions suck but the company was also a mismanaged mess - Really I am not a fan of the product, wonder bread, twinkies and dingdongs really sucked and were bottom of the barrel for health and quality .. They will more than likely reopen under another name with a different backer or corp umbrella and it will be non union. Who lost? The strikers lost, the unions lost but im certain twinkies will be back , hopefully they will bring back the original recipe
23. my night stand gun has both TruGlows and a Sig weapon light..for home defense I think I want all the advantages i can buy on my side - I also have a light on my Shotty
24.
I bet everyone in the US said the same thing in 1994 right before the AWB then. And that AWB took away gun rights. Or what about California where the laws are strict and they are likely going to be the example they use because it is Feinstein who is pushing for the nationwide ban. Not long after the DC shooting there was a bill introduced that sought to outlaw "sniper rifles". That law stated that any make of gun capable of shooting a group under 3" at 100 yards would be outlawed as it was considered a sniper rifle. Also, there have been quite a few bills introduced seeking to tax ammunition to a point that no one could afford it. In parts of Illinois, where Obama hails from, there is a .05 per bullet tax. All it takes is one time for a bill to pass and it is done. How often do we hear of a bill or law being repealed? Never. All they need to do is fight for a bill or law to be passed once yet we have to fight every single time. Eventually they will sneak one by and that will be the end just like th 1986 ban on the sale of new MG's to civillians. By all accounts it did not pass the voice vote but Charlie Rangel, yes the same one investigated for ethics violations, declared it passed because he was the speaker of the house at the time. I am not wearing tinfoil to think the Democrats are going to use any tool or excuse they can to outlaw our guns. Be it through UN resolution, passing laws, regulations or executive order I can see him trying something big before he leaves office that will affect gun ownership. To think anything different is a bit naive. Gun owners are under attack, or at a minimum not being supported, by all those who voted for Obama. And that is very close to being the majority of the nation now. I do not believe we will loose our guns because of a UN resolution we, as a nation, sign but signing it will be the impetus for our governemnt to pass laws to fall in line with what is in the UN resolution. The "blue helmets" are not going to come here to take our guns. Dolomite
Everytime I hear Obama speak about guns he says nothing about taking guns but on the contrary just the opposite , he is in favor of second amendment rights and has said repeatedly he is OK with guns That does not mean he is not doing any crazy stuff behind the scenes and is a total liar but thats what I have seen the man say . California is trying to make America be like itself, broke, liberal veggie burger eating potheads ,makes no scense
25. Let me know when they are coming for our guns right now I think its NRA horse#### and propaganda
