  3. im considering getting a single stage press for de priming only It does make the Dillon 550 lots smoother when the primers are already out

I do use a squirt of Brasso or some junk like that in my walnut media and it helps quite a bit  but  im not a shiny brass junky,2 hours in the tumbler and im fine with it - keep in mind chemicals do shorten the life of the media..Drier sheets didnt do much IMO   I use one of these for 3 years now,works great but wish it was larger   http://www.harborfreight.com/5-lb-metal-vibrator-tumbler-67617.html

  11. love shooting my revolver ,I own a few and they are always a blast to shoot and never let a opportunity to show em off go to waste my 66 No Dash my 19-3 my 442 CCW I also own one of them ugly Nagants...I still have not cleaned off the cosmoline off it

  13. i own the SR1911 and its great ,esp at 600 bucks or so but for a grand,id pass...Id want alot more features other than  a slick coating and some one off wood grips

  15. Remington thunderbolt is 20 bucks a brick  but midway charges 15 to ship and wont let you buy more than one box at a time :down:   . Im figuring by the end of the year ammo shortages will be a thing of the past anyways
  16. I picked up a Pink Nano for the ole lady,the gun is built to last (u see how thick that barrel is) but the trigger was very far back...Im sure some company will come out with a mod for it but the Nano is very impressive IMO
  17. OAL  on 45s seem most popular at 1.25 ,mine land on pretty close to that    SUP Dolo im saving my PP for 9MM and 40, Primer are now available at normal prices ,but powder is now the rarity and still being price gouged hard 100.00 bucks a pound on GB,....crooks

  19. i am loading as we speak and my hopper is landing on  5.9-6.0 g Unique for my 230s,ill run them out tonight    Tomorrow  run some 185s which I am looking at around 7.5-7.8g load to start    Went to basspro looking for some 231 but the shelves were bare but I have plenty of Unique so may as well folks seem to like it just as much 
  20. I have 250 185G plated bullets to load and about 500 more 230s   Post up some recipes ,im sitting on universal,unique and power pistol...im on the hunt for some 231 as well    
  21. for me its vindication  I grin everytime I read about a failed XDs........sorry folks but there were lots of lemons shipped out from  SA and I got one that they could not repair and they smugly blamed everything but their product,,
  22. I had both a 220 and a 226 and they felt the same......great 2 of the best handguns I ever shot have no idea what a 227 feels like,id lean to the older style SIGS
  23. check out the Nano.....If your looking for a small single stack 9MM the nano is alot more tank like it construction and one of the beefiest barrels I have ever  seen on a 9MM and the slide and frame IMO is a work or art
