I was pretty sure that Whales Wars were fake and over.

That wasn't Juice. That was one of Nero's random guys.

I knew it wouldn't be Chibs as spoilers from future episodes show him being held back in the barn.

It hurt, but it was the only way it could have gone down, and Opie knew that.

That wasn't cool. That wasn't cool at all. They aren't playing games this season. That broke my heart. Three episodes in and this season has made me look away twice.

She turned six a couple weeks back.

So it is no secret that I treat my daughter the way she wants to be treated. She collects Hotwheels, plays with LEGOs and her favorite films are Star Wars. Her mother is worried that she is a little tomboyish, but she hasn't complained too much. My wife doesn't know how to operate anything on a vehicle other than the go pedal and the whoa pedal. The little lever thingy goes from P to R to D. That is it. She has lamented several times that she doesn't know squat about cars, yet she never takes the time to listen when I try to explain something. So on occasion I get the odd phone call in a panicked voice asking what O/D OFF means... So I have started teaching Rebecca how to talk to cars. It has been interesting. I don't use a clutch. I drive trucks. Same thing in Chaos. So I have been teaching Rebecca how to listen to the exhaust note to follow the engine RPM, then blip the throttle to downshift, or float to upshift. She actually runs the shifter for me often when she is riding shotgun. The other morning I said something to Chaos, and Rebecca asked me what I said. When I explained that I was talking to Chaos, she got confused, and told me that Chaos couldn't talk back. I told her she was wrong, Chaos could indeed talk, but Rebecca needed to learn how to listen to her. So Rebecca asked me to translate. Every day for a week now I hear "What is Chaos saying now Daddy?" So I explain to her. "Hear the flat note in her exhaust? Smell the raw fuel? Chaos is telling me she needs new plugs, her old ones are fouled." "Smell the oil burning as I slow down? Chaos is telling me 'Thanks' for the oil I gave her last night at fill-up." "See the light on the dash, Chaos is telling me she is thirsty and she needs fuel..." As the prominent complaint lately has been for plugs, I stopped and got a set this evening. Rebecca helped me install them. She worked the ratchet, and even checked the gap, by the fourth plug, she did it all by herself. After we were done I told her the most important part of working on a car was driving her. "Daddy, what is Chaos saying now?" "She is saying thank you for the spark plugs Rebecca..."

I have a buddy in Germany, he records everything. I understand it is a big bonus on your insurance. Like others have mentioned, I have thought about doing it too. No one up here knows how to drive, it is scary. As for the wreck, holy ####... That is one lucky cat.

Three cells and a VOIP through our ISP for a home phone. I pay ~$175 for 30Meg internet, 300+ channels, unlimited phone services on the home and nearly unlimited on my cells. Granted, one of them is paid for by work. As for the phone, old school phones didn't require external power. They get their power through the phone lines. Old pushbutton and rotary dial phones work when the power is out.

I had a baby turtle as a pet when I was kid. Kept him for a couple of years before his accident. Turtles like warm water. Not hot. -

This is the biggest reason we reconciled. Hurting my family was the most painful thing I have ever been through. My daughter loves both of her parents, and the idea of forcing her to be with one or the other was torture. I feel bad for all parties involved, without knowing the whole story. -

Until custody is determined by the court, both parents are custodial parents if married.Unless there have been hearings, or the mother was never married to the father and custody wasn't determined, then yes, the mother is the custodial parent. I am not a lawyer. Don't play one on TV. That is why I paid a lot of money to one. -

I went through this last year. I haven't talked about it on here, but it was bad. Things got better. Are they divorced? That is the first and foremost. Who has custody before the hearing/papers and such today? My wife and I had a rough time last year, and it involved her fleeing the state with my daughter twice in the space of a week. Because we were still married, there was nothing I could do. However, with the help of a good (expensive) lawyer, and some creative wrangling I was able to use the threat of grand theft auto and child endangerment to get her back in the state. Had that not worked, my lawyer was going to move for temp custody. One of the hard parts was that we were still married (I filed immediately as a leverage tool) and we both had custody. Through a very messy and expensive divorce preceding we started wrangling for sole custody of my daughter. After I spent my entire savings, and called in a lot of IOUs, sold anything I had of value, etc... My wife and I managed a reconciliation. This is still a sore issue for me (as I am still paying off favors and trying to buy my guns back) but I learned a lot in the process. One, the courts aren't like they were when I was a kid. It is completely possible for a father to get custody in today's system. My wife is a good person, she hasn't ever broken a law in her life. However, in a time of hurt and confusion she made several very bad decisions on top of one another. That was enough for me and my lawyer to rake her through the coals. Two, divorce is nasty. Nasty. Three, my daughter is the most important thing in the world to me. Four, sometimes it is cheaper, easier and better for all involved to suck it up, say you are sorry and move on. Five, I miss Tennessee and Kentucky sucks. And now you guys know why I moved. -
I think a hatchet/tomahawk would be much better than a bayonet. Slashing is faster in a retreat than stabbing. Less chance of getting stuck.

Wow. That is some BS. If it is what it seems on the surface, I hope she takes her neighbor to the cleaners. -
I assume it was the other Nomads. I didn't pay a lot of attention. Birth certificates are what they had, maybe a marriage license. I assume it would be Jax's stuff.

Opie is now my third favorite character. I fear Tig isn't long for this world... But that would make Opie my second favorite character...

Bill's Outpost in Alcoa normally has a couple. It has been years since I have been to Benton Shooter's Supply, but they normally have a large selection.

I have thought about swinging down and checking out their retail store, they are less than an hour away from me.

I liked having the guns open and not having to wait on a clerk to show one to me. However the downside was that ever Tom, Dick and Harry could manhandle them too. I remember picking up a rifle one afternoon and the entire bolt assembly just fell out, where someone had disassembled it, and could fathom how it went back together. So I understand the intent of moving them behind the counter. While their prices are very much on the high side, their selection is really good.

I am a sucker for A1 and A2 uppers. The triangle handguards are just the icing.

I spent a good part of last night reading the history of some of those guns. Wow. One is a 7th Cav Custer era issue. With the broken ejector in a museum. The rest of the revolver is there. I can't imagine the amount of history and pride that it would be to buy that pistol, and return it to the ejector in the museum. There are guns there from the Lincoln County War, verified pistols from the Civil War and the era before and after, with the research to back them up. I can't imagine a monetary value on the history and presence of that collection. If this is the second auction, I can only imagine what else was in the first auction. -

I don't think they were after anyone in particular. The thought process could be that they must be rolling in the money after dealing with the cartel, they could just be there to clean up. The two B&Es that happened before that were attributed to the Niners would have been performed by whoever did the third, which would be after the Niners got their third new leader in a week. I highly doubt the Niners were behind the first two after that. I honestly think the truck was the first and only retaliation.
