We like Dollywood, but have about worn it out. I like the music.

Pincus suggests verbally warning home invader

Well, it's true, many of us have "incorporated [f]ret anxiously over possible legal outcome of using deadly force to protect myself from imminent fear of grievous bodily injury or death" into their OODA Loop." It's the legal and social environment in which we live. -
The absolute BEST insurance is USAA (if you qualify). Cheap insurance is not good insurance. Good insurance is that which will PAY when presented with a claim. USAA pays. Farm Bureau pays. Many other insurance companies deny, delay or deminish claims.

Pincus suggests verbally warning home invader

"The only gunfight you ever "WIN" is the one you avoid" (someone else). It all depends on the exact circumstances you are facing, and those factors can be numerous, but if I can talk my way out of a defensive gun use, I'll try to do so. Think of that bookkeeper in the Georgia school recently who talked down a moron who came to kill a bunch of kids .... but didn't. -
C&Rs are quick, easy and cheap to get. How long will that last?

You did fine. -
I like their music. I disagree with them dissing Bush from the stage overseas. They have a right to say what they will and we have a right to buy their product, or not. I've not heard this song that's been mentioned. I don't listen to Pink Floyd or RATM.

I carry in theaters. I try to keep it concealed though. If no one knows that you're strapped, it prevents a lot of problems. -
Wouldn't the answer be to get a .45 M&P?

This idea has been batted around for a long time.

I attended the Four-Day Defensive Handgun class at Front Sight last month (October, 2010). It was GREAT training. The ranges, the quality and scope of the training, and the professionalism of the staff are exceptional. I had no trouble flying out there on Southwest with my pistol and ammo (800 rds) in my checked luggage. They pack over 40 hours of training in those four days. I left feeling totally confident that I can use my firearm safely and effectively should the need arise. If would very difficult to exceed the quality of that training anywhere. It bettered by orders of magnitude the firearms instruction I received in the Army. I'm returning in March to take the Four-Day Practical Rifle class. If that's not an endorsement I don't know what is. The founder's legal troubles were about a resort and home lot aspect of the range operation that failed and all that has been resolved. There were over 500 students taking various classes there when I attended last month, and many were repeat visitors.

I love my M&P 9c and I just got my D.M. Bullard IWB holster for it.

I've had my M&P9c for about two months now. I've put over 500 rounds through it with no problems. I also find it to be accurate, at least at 15 yards. Are you SURE that my fumbling, tool-challenged, hands can actually install an Apex sear/trigger kit?

I found that I can acquire a 91/30 at royaltigerimports.com for $75. Do you know of any source cheaper?

Your children are lovely and your collection is impressive. But seeing the children holding the pistols made me uncomfortable. I'm confident that you are providing them with proper firearm safety training and that they will grow-up to be confident, competent and responsible users of firearms.

Does a persoon lose their HCP for good if.....?

The Miranda issue only applies to custodial interrogation. If they didn't use statements you made while in custody against you, it's not an issue. -
