if you were low on oil then the pressure will be low, after adding oil are you still low on pressure
-

trace the wires back from the fuse panel to the blinkers, should be in a bundle with some sort of flex conduit over it. might have to cut a few zip ties, but you either have a nick in a wire that is occasionally grounding out, a corroded connection at the actual blinker housing or a bad connection at the fuse panel. if this short is grouding out on the chassis it could blow multiple fuses at random. if you have narrowed it down to the only time this happens is when you turn on your blinker than your problem is on that circuit. go buy yourself some 15a fuses and check it out, save you $80. and for heavens sake take out that 20a-25a fuse, you're going to really mess something up! i've seen people burn down houses doing that!

i would say you really need to think about the situations that would cause you to "fear for your life." i'll be honest and tell you that i've been in a fist fight while carrying and never once thought about reaching for my pistol. never came to mind because the situation i was in never crossed into me fearing for my life. just so everybody doesn't flame me, i can't go into details, but it was two against one, me being the one, and i did everything i could to avoid the fight. they were wasted and one shoved a girl i was with so that was crossing the line for me. anyway, my point being, as every coach i've ever had has said, visualize the situation. know what you are going to do before you do it. of course there are goign to be situations you can't imagine, but you can imagine the situations that your life would be threatened and know what you are going to do. could i have shot both these guys under TN law, sure, one of them was huge, the other, not so much, but it was two against one and they were drunk and belligerent. and the way they were acting, i doubt it was their first time causing trouble. i'm sure a jury would have not had a problem seeing i felt threatend with "great bodily injury..." Did i fear for my life, no. they were visable unable to control their movements and i had been keeping an eye on them for a while. did all this go through my mind the second i saw these two idiots, yes! i was carrying, these thoughts HAVE to be going through your head, it's your responsibility. I had a long time ago decided my perception of fearing for my life. is this fool proof? no. the only time i've ever feared for my life was in a car accident, so i can't imagine every situation, but you can prepare yourself mentaly for a lot of them. it's going to be a personal decision that will change in degree from one person to another. sorry for the long post, hope this wasn't just ramblings

well im partial to my back yard here in chattanooga! i've got three spare bedrooms and two couches. come on down! really i don't mind driving anywhere, i've got friends all over the state and could use the shoots and excuse to go see them and meet some new ones. plus i've got to drive to knoxville, harrisonburg va, and DC this summer for weddings, so if that happens to coincide with a shoot then i'll take an extra day and hang out. -

underage consumption at the dirty P?? no way, never! only took 8 years for the cops to catch on to that one! on a different note, id love to get up with you guys at some point, unfortunately i can't the weekend of the 21st. i'll be in knoxville the 12-15 though, taking my buddy to shoot his new (tungsten's old) xdsc9. he's looking into some ranges and im going to get him on here as well. he lives off of N. peters, so if anybody has any local recommendations, let me know! -
don't get crazy with the file yet! lifetime warranty. IF it is a lemon ie. problem with the slide lock, then send it back or get the shop to trade you a new one.

Absolutely beautiful weekend! What did you do to enjoy it?
jgrauman replied to TGO David's topic in General Chat
i enjoyed it by leaving my sunroof open last night and awaking to a completely soaked interior! i guess it's supposed to rain today?! edit: i'll be cookingn out tomorrow for the champ game -
i could easily find another one of the guns, and my grandfather woudl never know the difference. he thinks it's pretty rare, but it's not, $200 and the problem is solved. i was more upset with the fact that i told the cops who did it and they didn't even knock on the door on the way out. i could understand if it was some random breakin, but it wasn't. i just thought i'd post this and maybe one day it would turn up

it was the owner who told me "we're open till 7." he's also the one who tried to put on my TFO's, slipped the punch and gouged the hell out of my slide. another smith fixed it for free. he's also the one who had an ND in his store with customers present while clearing a weapon! if that range wasn't 100 yards from my house, i would go elsewhere no problem.. i just needed to rant!

A guy goes to the supermarket and notices an attractive woman waving at him. She says hello. He's rather taken aback because he can't place where he knows her from. So he says, "Do you know me?" To which she replies, "I think you're the father of one of my kids." Now his mind travels back to the only time he has ever been unfaithful to his wife and says, "My God, are you the stripper from my bachelor party that I made love to on the pool table with all my buddies watching while your partner whipped my butt with wet celery???" She looks into his eyes and says calmly, "No, I'm your son's teacher."

so went to the range this afternoon and for the second time in 3 months the damn range was closed. first time was to clean out the lead, closed for two days! today it was closed for two hours for a CCW class. they neglected to tell us this until he was ringing up our stuff, which we had to stand in line to get. he's ringing it up and the other instructor who was teaching the class walks up and says, "what's this for?" "it's for our members" "the range is closed for at least two hours, i have a class." for crying out loud, my dad and i paid annual fees, plus buy our ammo and targets there, about $60 a piece each time (10% discount w/membership). hmm... 6 people, $75 for the ccw class, who should you be catering too?? YOUR DAMN MEMBERS that's who! keep two freaking lanes open for the members, it's not that hard. he says, "we're open till 7" oh that's great, so i can pack my stuff back up, and drive back home, try to set up another time to meet up with my dad so we can shoot at the range we are members of. i can't understand it, that place has pissed me off SO many times! if i ran my company with such apathy towards my customers, i wouldn't last a week.

excellent choice! my entire family, parents, grandparents, grandparents parents, are all from montana, of course when they had me, the decided to move to arizona! just my luck. I've been out there many times and it's like another world. My grandfather had a 500acre ranch he sold for 65k!! he still talks about it to this day and it makes me sad
