In addition to the no trespassing signs at the gate(s), make sure they mention that purple paint indicates "no tresspassing" and then paint a purple blaze on your trees/fence posts. That serves as a legal posting for "no trespassing" here in TN. Paragraph C.2 has the details: https://law.justia.com/codes/tennessee/title-39/chapter-14/part-4/section-39-14-405/ You can keep trying TWRA/State/LEO/whatever for criminal charges but that's (1) unlikely to happen and (2) if it does bear fruit will likely be nothing more than a simple fine and won't stop the problem. Then you're back to pleading with the same folks to issue a second fine and that may take just as long for them to do anything about it as it has the first time. I suggest you contact an attorney with a reputation for being aggressive. You want someone who's kind of a jerk, not a nice guy . . .someone who loves a fight. You want a pit bull attorney. They can help you with what you need for building a civil case. The above advice about cell-based trail cams, very well hidden cams monitoring "bait" cams for them to take/destroy, etc. is very good. All of that evidence will help with your civil case for harassment, trespassing, destruction of property, and whatever else the attorney can think of. As mentioned above, a letter from that attorney might do the trick. The perps will need to decide if hunting on your land is worth the legal expense they'll have when you let your attack-lawyer off the chain.

I wouldn't fault ego entirely. The 1st gen Ridgeline was uglier than the last girl at the bar during Fleet Week. I kind of like the looks of the current model, but they start north of $40k. That's a lot for a car-based "truck" when a Mav starts at about 1/2 that and a "real" truck Ranger/Colorado starts $8k less or can be very nicely equipped for a similar $40K.

A friend has a Maverick and loves it. Admittedly he's neither a "truck guy" or a "car guy". To him a vehicle is an appliance. I was quite shocked at how roomy it is inside. I'm 6'4" and the passenger seat is quite comfortable. I didn't sit in the back but his 6'2" son sits there often and has no complaints. I'd say it can do everything that 90% of today's truck owners need it to do (like go to Home Depot for light bulbs and 2 bags of mulch) and 90% of what that the last 10% need it to do. It won't haul/tow a lot, but for a daily with some added utility, it's a winner. As for Tacos, I wasn't crazy about the Gen 3 interior (2015-2022). It felt cramped. I haven't tried the new ones. Some of the bad press about the transmissions in the Tacos and engines in the Tundras isn't confidence-boosting for Toyota's reputation of longevity continuing in the current lineup.

Stop at Timberland Park a couple hundred yards or so south of the big bridge at Birdsong Hollow/TN-96. You can get free NPS maps there.

Me (a Vandy fan) last night. The only thing as good as the rare Vandy win is a UT loss. I didn't think I'd ever pull for THE Ohio State University, but it finally happened.

@pop pop that only applies if both are living. The OP is asking about inheritance after the owner has died. There is zero need to do a transfer at an FFL of any kind on any firearm across state lines for an inheritance except for NFA regulated items (e.g. machine guns, suppressors, short barreled rifles/shotguns, destructive devices, etc.). Those do need to transfer on a Form 5 (no tax required). That's the straight dope from the alphabet folks. "Normal" stuff: https://www.atf.gov/firearms/qa/whom-may-unlicensed-person-transfer-firearms-under-gca NFA stuff: https://www.atf.gov/firearms/docs/transfers-national-firearms-act-firearms-decedents-estates/download

+1 to all of the above. There's a great little coffee shop in Collinwood called the Dragonfly. I'm not a coffee drinker but they have other good non-coffee frozen drinks and some fantastic baked goods. Tupelo, MS makes for a good place to stop for the night. There's not a ton there but it does have some interseting Elvis stuff and a few good restaurants and local shops. It's a cute little town.

Tom Selleck tried hard to get it to another network (even a cable network) but CBS owns it and wouldn't sell it. Not only did they pitch one of their best rated shows in the bin, they intentionally buried it.

All that really matters this week is the seeding in the playoffs, not the AP poll. Texas and Penn St. only dropped 2 spots in the AP, but fell to the 5 and 6 seeds and lost the bye. That hurts. As for Alabama, Clemson sealed their fate. I'm somewhat surprised the committee picked SMU. Money talks and Alabama means eyeballs-on-advertisements and SMU doesn't. I think SMU earned a chance this year and 'Bama really didn't but I'm still surprised. Maybe they didn't want to get rotten vegetables thrown at them if they'd put SEC and Big 10 teams in 2/3rds of the slots of the first ever playoffs ostensibly sold as a way to give teams outside the SEC and Big10 a shot. 7 out of 12 was as far as they'd go. ASU in the #4 spot and the bye isn't a surprise. They won a Power 4 championship with a blow out. If SMU hadn't Vandy'd up the ACC finish with Clemson, I think SMU would have the 4 seed. I'd have liked Boise St. in the 4 seed, but Big-12 > MW.

No picture or URL so I don't know which model you're looking at. For good heating in a space that size, I'd prefer an oil-filled radiator. They take a few minutes to warm up, but are good for long-term heating needs. The little ceramic heaters heat up faster and are more portable, but mine don't heat a large room very well.

Why not just coat it in RhinoLiner at that point . . . -
#TRUTH I broke my femur right at the ball joint to the hip when I was 6. It's now the best barometer in the world.

smoking something . . . A minty one went to auction last year and fetched $480K. So 2 for the price of 3 seems excessive just because of consecutive S/Ns, but admittedly, I don't play in that rarified air so what do I know?

I gotta disagree with #4. Real ramen from a good ramen place is nothing like Maruchan instant or Cup-O-Noodles. That's like comparing Waffle House T-Bones to Ruth's Chris

If you're worried about an imminent collapse of society, then buy what you can when you can. If you want the lowest cost per round, then it's usually best to buy in bulk. Use websites like LuckyGunner, AmmoSeek, and AmmoMan to find the best deals. Occasionally I'll find a deal at an estate sale, but lately their prices have mostly been higher than retail.

I love how in the original comics the Batmobile is just some random car. First it was a coupe, then a convertible. Top up, Bruce Wayne. Top down, BATMOBILE!!!!!!!

Stones River info here: https://www.tn.gov/content/tn/twra/hunting/firing-ranges.html#stonesriver They have active range safety officers who can be overbearing, but there's a very good reason for it. It's the busiest range in the state. Personally I won't shoot at their handgun range. Too many idiots whose idiocy is faster than RSOs can react. The rifle side is better. There's also the Cheatham WMA: https://www.tn.gov/content/tn/twra/hunting/firing-ranges.html#cheatham I've never been but hear it's isolated and since it's self-service with no RSOs, watch yourself.
