I'm getting 28.8 (paying for 25) using both speed check sites posted above. No change after a reboot of PC and modem.

Yeah. Put that magnifier on a flip-to-side mount. PA sells them. I got tired of having to take the magnifier off and on. Now it's always there and cen be flipped over when I don't want it. My PA red dot is on their cantilever mount*. That lets the red dot, the magnifier and a Magpul MBUS all fit on the upper's rail without having to put anything on the handguard rails.   *You need a tube-style red dot for that. It won't work with one with an integrated base.

Has anyone else stopped in there yet? It's in the location where Guns & Ammo Depot was, near Sam's Club.   I'd be interested to hear others' takes on the place.

What's unkown to the citizen is whether or not the officer has reasonable suspicion. It's very possible that a BOLO was issued for a person matching the citizen's description. I wouldn't advise simply ignoring an officer in a situation like the one in the OP. If a citizen were to ask "why are you stopping me?" or if the officer asked the age-old phishing question "do you know why I stopped you?" that might be a good place to determine if resonable suspicion exists or not. If the officer's answer is more or less "because it's late and you're out walking" that's clearly not RS. A person has to decide for themselves if that's the time and place to argue the finer points.

That's incorrect, according to the AG opinion linked by c.a. willard. It would be correct to say that cops have the right to ask you anything they want, but they must have reasonable suspicion of a crime to stop you and ask those questions. If the officer has no reasonable suspicion of a crime, then the citizen can continue on their way and ignore the questions. Doing so does not provide a basis for reasonable suspicion. That said, a person has to decide for themselves if the side of the road is a good place to argue what constitutes reasonable suspicion.

The plant isn't expected to open for another year, so I wouldn't hold my breath. I'd guess late spring or early summer 2015 will see a job fair and that it will be mentioned in the local news outlets.

The only thing that irritated me was that they shipped mine Signature Required and had it flagged where I couldn't re-route the shipment. I can understand that with firearms but not with this. Normally after I get the 1st delivery attempt sticker on my door, I can have them drop my parcel at the nearest FedEx store the next day for convenient pickup. I couldn't so that with this one so I had to pony up an extra $5 for Saturday delivery and then hang out at home during my selected 3-hour time window.

  I think that's why gregintenn started this thread. He's fishing for a "promotion".  :D
