The definition of "we the people" has changed over the life of this country. It originally meant white land-owning men. Maybe as a cerebral concept of law it included others, but in actual practice it did not. Maybe we're in another of those times like the abolition of slavery or women's suffrage as far as expanding the definition.

No, but you can use search tags on news aggregators like Reddit or Newser. Reddit has subreddits for just about everything so I'm sure there's one for treasure hunting.   Here's one for "treasure hunters" on Newser. http://www.newser.com/tag/59009/1/treasure-hunters.html Newser is like a liberal Drudge Report with much smaller visitor numbers but since treasure hunting is generally apolitical that shouldn't mater.   I see some of those stories on Drudge. Last week or earlier this week was one about some guys in Poland that claim to have found a lost Nazi train full of art and gold.

  One of those things costs money while the other generates it. I wonder why they do one but not the other?

  God Given Rights are not a part of the US Constitution. God or any other higher being is not mentioned at all. The Declaration of Independence states that all men are created with certain inalienable rights from the Creator, among them are life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. The Constitution is man's attempt at soldifying those rights as best he can for "we the people of the United States." It then hangs on who exactly that includes. Only citizens? Visiting foreigners? Spouses of citizens? Green-card holding immigrants? Illegal aliens?

I'm actually faster shooting with my middle finger, but I have less control because of the changed grip so I don't do it with firearms. When I played paintball and laser tag a lot, I almost exclusively shot with my middle finger because in both games, volume can be just as important as accuracy. It's definitely a two-handed grip to do it though. With practice, I don't see why it won't become just as natural as the index finger.

Actually, it doesn't cost anything to be honest and not try to hide an upcharge for using the most common method of payment.
