    Nice older Marlin 25N 22lr JM stamped Marlin Micro-groove. Has a nice Weaver K3 60-B German T post scope. Some light freckling. Shoots good. Not a museum piece.

    I shot Contenders and Encores for years. There were no 30-06 factory Contender barrels built to my knowledge. Too much pressure. Try to fit it in the frame. Bet you a dollar it won’t fit.
