I have contacted the local EPA when I had issues with someone. I will say that the EPA will check their body cavities looking for polluting substances. I would immediately take that tape to the local EPA and demand the neighbors pay for the removal of the contaminated soil. That will bankrupt them just in labor costs not to mention the fines. I would do it now before the neighbors contact the EPA and say your father was the one dumpoing oil on HIS property. Once the EPA has it in their minds that your father is the bad guy they will not look at any tapes or evidence to the contrary. Sounds like this might be another tactic of the bad guys. The EPA is one organization I would never want on my bad side. They can make life miserable for years. Dolomite

What charge did you use? I am trying to compile some data for you. Dolomite

They are some of the more accurate "budget" rifles to ever come out of the ComBloc countries. Dolomite

Yes you do. That is what I use to load. I start low then I work up to the desired FPS. And hopefully it works out to be accurate as well. If not I adjust by a few .1 until it does shoot well. Dolomite

Need suggestions for 223 range ammo
Dolomite_supafly replied to Glenn's topic in Ammunition and Reloading
I built it but I honestly can't remember the barre maker. I do know it was considered a match chambered barrel with 9 twist. It is a16" gun. The lower is a Predator Custom lower but all parts were added by me. Dolomite -

If that where the case it would be dark gray and maybe a stripe or two that is only visible from above. Dolomite -
And I wish I was closer. I would have no problem coming over to keep things safe. Dolomite

The courts are the problem. In my county almost every single case is dismissed, time served or 1 year suspended sentence. As a matter of fact my county is being investigated by the state because the disparity in sentencing between us and the state or even national average. And just like everything else it is about money. I know this happens because I have witnessed it. Counties will dismiss charges on their citizens in order to make room for iatws from other counties as well as federal inmates. The reason is a citizen of the county costs the county money while any others make money for the county. Another problem is scum is allowed to file a suit so the courts err on the side of caution and make arbitrary judgements to keep from being sued and not based on law. Dolomite

For those of you showing up is there any of my "toys" that you must see in person? I don't plan on bringing much of anything but I can bring whatever people want to see. I am trying to be there Friday but if I can't make it then I will make it Saturday. Dolomite

I will be bringing it to you at your meet. I am hoping to be up there on Friday evening but if not then Saturday. Dolomite

And considering how old you are your parents are in the category that it takes a special POS to grief them. I would call LE and have them document it. Maybe the same officer that responded before, and had the neighbor remove the fence, will show up again. And hopefully the officer will have a discussion with them to explain the law regarding harassment. Document every interaction with them, even interactions in which you can't prove it was them. And if they make ANY threats go take all your evidence and get an order of protection. And most importantly do not threaten them with court action or anything else. But most importantly do not let them know that you are documenting their actions. People like this rarely play well with LE either. They will generally argue laws with LE and we all know how that generally turns out. The neighbors will eventually get caught up in their own web because it is obvious they have no self control or morals. Dolomite

Need suggestions for 223 range ammo
Dolomite_supafly replied to Glenn's topic in Ammunition and Reloading
I have fired Tula ammo in guns that are known performers. My main AR runs Tula just fine but that is about all it can do. My AR is a solid 1/2" at 100 yards performer with handloads. It is a 1" performer with factory ammo it likes. When I feed it Tula the groups are 4"+ at 100 yards. Here is a thread where I disected some Russian ammo: http://www.tngunowners.com/forums/topic/43882-i-found-out-why-your-ak-is-so-inaccurate-with-wolf/page__p__711858__hl__tula#entry711858 And don't think that because it is 7.62x39 that it is any different than their 223. Tula or Wolf the problems are the same. Dolomite -

Need suggestions for 223 range ammo
Dolomite_supafly replied to Glenn's topic in Ammunition and Reloading
If you buy American made, regardless of brand, it will be better than Tula. You could also put about 500 quality American made ammo through your gun so it is well broken in then try the Tula again. Some new guns can have issues until they are broken in. I have chronogrpahed Tula and their 55 grain bullets run ~2,850 or about 250 fps slower than most American made 55 grain ammo. It is giving you problems because they are weak. And from teh sounds of it they may be sticking in the chamber which is another issue when the barrel gets warm. Now you can make a gun run on Tula but it requires the gas port hole to be opened up. But along with that you may get overgassing with quality ammo. I would personally just avoid Tula and either by cheap American ammo or reload you own ammo. Reloading isn't hard at all and your reloads are going to be better quality than most ammo you can buy. I remember the thread. You said your "dealer" told you not to worry about 922r compliance. And I responded that I would not use a dealer who made those recommendations to a customer. Of course that is the short story. No, you said the dealer told you not to worry about 922r. And to that I said a dealer telling a customer not to worry about federal law is a dealer I would not use. I am paraphrasing but that was the short of it. I have looked and cannot find the thread now but if you can please post it up for all to see. I stood by my words then and still will. And here is the gas block thread you referenced, please quote me where I bashed you. http://www.tngunowners.com/forums/topic/48990-ar-parts-recommendation/ Please, everyone read this thread and find where I said something hurtful to him. Please agt.dealer, I beg you, find somewhere where I bashed you. Dolomite

My experience has been this: Primed lake city brass 62 grain SS 109 Crimped 16" AR15 25.7=~3,045 25.8=~3,070 25.9=~3,095 This is in my gun. I assume no responsibility in the data I just posted in your firearm. Dolomite

The greatest thing I could ask for. Lunch with my son before he heads to his next duty station as well as with my wonderful wife. Not sure how often I will be able to say that once he leaves in a few weeks. Dolomite

Ok, I reached out to talk to a fellow BW guy and you said you feel I have a problem with you and that I have bashed you in every post (your words not mine) in which I commented. There are exactly 9 threads where you and I are in the same thread. And here they are: http://www.tngunowne...tock-quesitons/ http://www.tngunowne...island-1911-cs/ http://www.tngunowne...en-looking-for/ http://www.tngunowne...ell-m1-carbine/ http://www.tngunowne...xed-sight-1911/ http://www.tngunowne...l-install-asap/ http://www.tngunowne...recommendation/ http://www.tngunowners.com/forums/topic/38233-sbr-for-all-no-tax/ http://www.tngunowners.com/forums/topic/36897-picking-the-final-pieces-of-my-ar-couple-qs/ Please point out where I have bashed you or even repsonded, quoted or even disagreed with you in any of these posts. I have read every single one and cannot find where I might have done anything to upset you. I go out of my way to try to remain as neutral as I can when it comes to personal stuff. I also go out of my way to try to help each and every person on the board that has asked for my help. I even offer my help, as well as my number, regularly to those who do not ask but I think I might be able to help them. If you feel I bashed you in some way then something I have done must have upset you and for whatever that was I appologize. But honestly I don't think I have or at least not intentionally bashed you. Sometimes thoughts, ideas and feelings are kind of hard to express without face to face communication. Dolomite

It would be cheaper and a better kit if you build it how you want it. Maybe this ecening I will sit down a look at what all is in the kits I used overseas. I will say tourniquets are mandatory. Something that is really cheap but very, very useful is vet wrap. It is an elastic ace type wrap that sticks to itself. The rolls are around $3 each and can be used for a lot of different things, not just medical care. Dolomite

I also use a tackle box. But I do not keep cleaning supplies in it. I keep the tools I need to mess with gun in it. As far as cleaning goes there is a reason I don't have something to carry the supplies in. It is because I do not clean my guns. I only clean when the accuracy or reliability begins to suffer. And in most cases all I do is hose the part down with WD-40 then blow it off with air or just wipe it down. WD-40 is a pressure good solvent for all the crud in guns and won't destroy plastic parts. I don;t always use air either, a lot of time I just soak the parts with WD-40 then wipe it down with a rag. Dolomite ETA: And most times I do not lubricate my guns either because I believe it collects the dirt and debris that causes malfunctions. A prime example of that is my 22 AR using a Ciener conversion. Most people say they are unreliable and in he begining mine was. I oiled it just like everyone recommeneded and at about 500 rounds it began having "issues". Since then I have quit lubing tht gun in any way shape or form and I have over 3K rounds through it now since the last time I cleaned it. It is dirtly but the dirt just falls away from the working surfaces. Something else that helps my conversion is the firing pin I made. I used an old allen key and that way there is passage ways for the debris to work through without impeding its operation. Normally the firing pin is a tight fit and even a small amount of crud causes issues but not with the 6 sided firing pin. I recently did that but even before that I rarely had issues as long as the kit was dry. My centerfire AR is the same way. I do not lube it in any way unless there is a chance of corrosion. It has been years since it has been cleaned thoroughly and honestly I don't think a cleaning rod has been down the bore since it was new. It still shoots as good as when it was new. Now there are some platforms that do need lubrication. The 1911 needs GREASE on the rails to run well. Oil works fine for a brief time but doesn't stay put. I use molybendum disulfide grease and it stays put and works very well.

Something that help me loose 20+ pounds in a little over a month. My quick and easy chili recipe. 1 large tomato 1/2 onion 3.5 ounces of meat cubed 1/2 cup of water Chili powder Dice the tomato and onion. Cook them in a small sauce pan. Add water as needed to keep from burning. Cook down to a slurry then add the rest of the water. Once it begins to boil again remove from the heat then add the meat and stir The sauce will be hot enough to cook the meat without making it tough. Season with chili powder, a dash of garlic or whatever you want to your taste I normally pour it over a few pieces of toast. Dolomite
