1. Needing a SME. getting ready to buy some and need advice. Thanks Dolomite
2. Kaytee Lizard Litter Desert Blend. It is a very, very fine walnut media. It is sand like and cleans very well without clogging the flash holes. I also add either Turtle Wax or NuFinish. Dolomite
3. That is it. During the updates David has disabled some features until the update is complete. This is to minimize the possibility something might go bad with the updates. Dolomite
4. And this is what our community, dare I say family, is about. Helping each other every chance we get. No matter how we feel about each other on the board we should help if they ask. I have people help me all the time and I try to pass it on every chance I get. As far as the pay if forward box I have been threatening one for a while. I guess now it the time so watch out for it. Dolomite
5. Go look on Gunbroker. I do not like appraisal threads because it often leads to people making offers to buy items that are being "sold" by someone who does not support this site. I would caution you tagainst taking any offers as well as caution our other members against making any offers. With the way things are these days scammers are coming out of the wood work everywhere. You are more than welcome to list them on the site but you must be a benefactor first. This protects you from scammers as well as our members here from scammers. A scammer is less likely to pay to scam anyone. Not saying you are a scammer though. http://www.tngunowners.com/forums/store Dolomite
6. The "legal" system used to be about getting justice for someone who was wronged but that is not the case any longer. And if they want to screw a person over for no reason then then those doing the screwing should be open to some sort of justice. As much as I hate frivolous lawsuits it is the Amerca we live in today. But in the Pizza Hut case I would think it would not be frivolous to sue for being punished for defending yourself. I can honestly say that if I sat on that jury I would give an award. Ultimately the companies should do what is right, either of their own free will or through legal action. Dolomite
7. I quite going to Randy's for the same reasons. They also were very overpriced on most items, especially 22 ammo. You were hard pressed to find a brick of anything for under $25. And ANY CCI ammo was $8 a box, be it 100 Minimags or 50 round Velocitors. The final nail in the coffin was the 3% they charged on all purchases that were not cash, even debit card purchases. They did have quite a selection of 22 ammo though. Dolomite
8. No she doesn't. Dolomite
9. Or maybe sue them because it will cost them more to defend the suit than it would to hire the person back. Not really sure how long the person would work until they were fired for some other reason but the cost would still be there. They do this to save the money of defending lawsuits and if they realized it was going to cost them just as much either way maybe they would do the right thing. Dolomite
10. +1 Dolomite
11. I am glad to see Frontier doing this. I will be ordering a few more as they become available and I will be ordering from Joe Bob because he his prcies have remained steady during this "crisis". Dolomite
12. Here is where we might be in a fwe years: http://youtu.be/JLLCsBX5BJU Thought it was pretty funny. Dolomite
13. They are NOT American made. They are Chinese but the Vector I owned was decent but I thought overpriced for the quality. Dolomite
14. Things seem like they are getting back to normal around here. I did see someone in Walmart yesterday buying their entire shipment of ammunition. There were several people waiting for scraps. Dolomite
15. <blockquote class='ipsBlockquote'data-author="The Dude" data-cid="873373" data-time="1356993339">
Id leave it up so others can read it and see what not to do.

That is normally what I do. I have had members be a little upset with me doing it though. I figure leaving it up serves two purposes, first others can see what not to do and second it adds a little sting to the rule violator. Dolomite
16. Might want to save yourself a lot of grief. http://www.tngunowners.com/forums/topic/4209-tgo-code-of-conduct-please-be-sure-to-read-it/ Dolomite
17. I will see what I can do. What is the final size of the neck you want? I have to add .002" for spring back. It will also add a step to the process as the neck expander will be a separate die to be used by itself.
18. I am not worried about the ones I cut up. It is over a done with I have learned to never dwell on things I can't change.
19. Did you get a powder drop die with your set, Dolomite
20. No clue about Ed's red. I think it has a few more ingredients.
21.
On a side note , if you have a barrel lead up I have found a cheap and easy way to clean it. Plug the muzzle end ( I used packing tape) and then fill the barrel with a 50/50 mix of hydrogen peroxide and vinegar And then let it sit for 20 min , repeat as needed
And what do you do with the concoction when you are done? Dolomite
22.
The lottery drawing is 2 days away. Can you have her send me a PM with the winning numbers?
What so you can have 1/2 of our winnings? I think not :) If I win I will contribute to the Lagerhead ammunition fund though. Dolomite
23. I was told that pre 1994 30 round magazines that can be documented as such are selling for $900-$1,000 each in NY and CT. Sad part is I had a few but I cut them up for use with my 300. I still have one from the late 70's to early 80's and if it has the date on it I might let it go. Dolomite
24. What brand of dies do you have now? I think you have my number. Give me a call, I can help you out. Dolomite
