I assume your silence on the matter means there were no modifications? Swapping lowers, swapping buffers or springs, bolt carriers?   How does the cam pin look?   Have you shot any 22's through it with a conversion?

It may not be enough to be painful but it is trigger slap.   I bet you could use a heavy rubber band wrapped around the trigger to shoot at FA rates.

Look at the design.   As the hammer comes back it hits the rear of the trigger. And when it hits the rear of the trigger it presses the rear of the trigger down and when it presses down on the rear of the trigger it forces the trigger pad forward. Not saying the trigger slap will be bad just saying the trigger itself is being forced forward by a fast moving bolt and that is the same as every other gun that suffers from trigger slap. The leverage used forces the trigger forward as the bolt comes rearward. And depending on the amount of trigger movement the trigger slap can be quite painful. Ask anyone who owned one of the MAC11's that were converted to semi auto from full auto guns. The standard fix was to put a piece of rubber tubing on the trigger to cushion the slap but even then it got quite painful. A real big concern I have is how it is going to affect an aluminum lower. The fulcrum point is the trigger pin hole. If you are applying pressure to the trigger and then the trigger you are applying pressure to is forced forward there has to be some additional friction and pressure applied to the trigger pin. And I am afraid that additional friction and pressure will cause the steel pins to cause the trigger pin hole to become egg shaped with use. Maybe not with those who shoot a few mags a month but lets not kid ourselves, those who would buy this trigger are going to be shooting hundreds of rounds at a time. 9mm AR's suffered from this as well and that is why 9mm AR's required a different hammer. Another concern I have is reliability. Basically your finger pressure is applying pressure to trigger and that pressure is applied to the hammer which in turn applies pressure to the bottom of the carrier as it moves rearward. The more pressure on the trigger is going to translate to more friction applied to the bottom of the bolt carrier and this can cause the bolt carrier to slow depending on how much pressure is applied to the trigger. And the way it is designed there is more leverage to apply more pressure between the hammer and the bottom of the bolt carrier. I would gladly spend the $500 on the trigger but I am afraid of the two things above. Maybe they are unjustified but I suspect we will start hearing of problems right from the beginning. Perhaps that is why there were not a lot of them sent out to various places for review before they started taking orders.

It is a trigger slap trigger. Just how painful the trigger slap is remains to be seen.

It is a gas issue.   The only other thing is ammo. Are you shooting Wolf/Tula ammo?

Probably the easiest is a iris, not retina, scan. It doesn't use lasers or anything like that. It just takes a picture of your iris and stores a digital copy of it. I used it all the time overseas to catalog people as well as identify people as terrorists. And have I never seen it give a false reading. It would either identify or give an error. And even with an error it was just a matter of another 5 second scan. That was 6 years ago so I imagine the technology is a lot quicker and a lot better.   Implementation would be easy. Government tells you either comply or you can't have your benefits/medical/ability to fly... and 99% would line right up.

Better yet put the doorknob only on the outside of the gym door. Guaranteed to catch a few before they figure it out.

As much as we loved Ernie Bird the boxer I will never own another boxer. He was a great dog but for the first two years he was worse than a toddler. But after his two year puppy stage he was a great dog.

It is almost assured to be a gas related issue.   Make sure the gas block is not loose or has not moved at all. Second I would check the gas key to make sure it is not loose. In all likelihood the gas block has moved.   One more thing, have you fired any 22's using a conversion kit? Sometimes lead deposits can partially, or totally, block the gas block and tube.   And one more thing to check is you cam pin. They can crack and this can cause some resistance.   Have you done any modifications to the gun since the last time you had it out? You would be surprised what can cause problems.

I am tagging this for the morning Savage endorsement. There are a lot of reasons to go with a Savage over a Remington and accuracy isn't one of them.

We both loved him like a child. Heck he meant more to us than most of my family that lives close by.   He was a great protector of his momma and was always there to act goofy when we were having a bad day. It seemed like he knew and would make us laugh in his own unique way. He is one dog that I will always miss even though he was a pain in the butt as a puppy. I joked about him being out $4K boxer because of all the medical bills as a puppy. But in reality he was truly priceless and I would gladly give $4K to have him back.   A few days after we had him put down our other dog, Lilly, would want to go outside every few hours which was uncharacteristic for her. She didn't have to go and would make a loop around the house to look for Ernie. She would also go down to the bottom of our property which she has rarely done before but has been doing it almost every time she goes out. The bottom is where Ernie would go and hang out. She has been lethargic for the last week and I believe it is because she is sad. Some people say dogs can't be sad but I honestly believe she is.

I assume that is registered? Also, if not that better be pre-ban.

I have no clue if he isn't paying taxes. Doesn't take much to claim it on your taxes. My gut feeling is that he isn't just like most officers that work side jobs.

Ahh ok. We just found out she might not have to go there, thank our lucky stars, so this might be nothing to worry about. Not so much worried about the restrictions but because of the long ass drive from Knoxville to Memphis.
