  1. I wouldn't buy it at the price either. I don't shoot rimfire anymore anyway. When they sell it at todays prices, they can kiss my..............
  2. The 16 ga. in my opinion is way under rated. Its a great gauge, and what killed it, was the huge variety of 12's and the 3" 20. I've a got a old Win. Model 37 16 gauge. Yeah, shells can be hard to come by.
  3. Nice shed. I've never found a "tool" shed in my back yard. At least one that I didn't know about.
  4. I knew a guy years ago that bought a Henry .22 and said that he had trouble getting it to function right. He took it back to the store and got a little redneck with them and they gave his money back. He ended up buying something else. This was of course back when you could still get cheap .22 ammo.
  5. Woah, that just ain't normal. Awesome bucks.
  6. That's  looks as mean as a Vega with a thousand horsepower.
  7. I've looked at these online and need to get some and load .38 and .357 mag. Another place that has good deals is www.indianabulletco.com
  8. I don't buy much ,.22 ammo these days. I've got a few hundred rds. and don't shoot my .22 guns much anyway. I just don't enjoy shooting them much anymore. I like shooting centerfire and handloading.
  9. Definitely a unique buck. I've never seen anything even close to that. I found a spike that had been killed probably during season, around May several years ago that had a 13" spread. But, that's the widest and biggest spike I've ever seen.
  10. A friend asked me if you wanted to buy a C&R gun at a store could you show your license and maybe get a discount or cut through paperwork. I told him I had never bought one at a store, and didn't know what to tell him. Anybody know?
  11. I've been lucky I've never hit anything bigger than a coon that seemed to have a death wish.
  12. I don't know what to say really. Sounds like he's got into some TROUBLE. I wish him and his family the best.
  13. How about a little mineral spirits?
  14. 3031 would probably work good on all your calibers. Win. 748 would probably work good too. I've used 748 in all that you stated except .300 Savage.
  15. BigK, may be right on this. I also saw a revolver once that had a slightly bent ejector rod, and when the cylinder got around to where the bend was it was hard to get the cylinder to rotate. if all else fails, just send it back and get it fixed. Good luck.
  16. If he was alive today, his mind would blow.
  17. Actually if the Government fed the liberals, they would have the commodity type food. There's dried fruit, oats, rice, potato flakes, powdered milk, various dry cereals. Maybe they know something after all..........
  18. That deer is either stupid or he's got some big hairy cojones.
  19. That should make a good rifle. Hope it turns out good and you get it going quick.
  20. Whatcha shootin' there? Glad you got him by the way.
  21. I think that's great Dave. Some lucky person is maybe gonna be addicted to power chickens.
  22. I'm thinking that handloaders can load cast or jacketed bullets at velocities at or  close to .22lr velocity. I've got some 55 gr. cast ordered and when I get'em I'm gonna work up a light load.
  23. Sorry to hear that. I hope you can replace all them.
  24. I usually like the wood stock on M14 rifles but, this does look good. I like it.
  25. I looked at some today at a shop. I'm gonna have one someday. I want a .45, because it's a .45! The store had a 9mm, a .380 and a .45 in the case. All of them was not priced to bad.
