I haven't seen .22 in Crossvilles Walmart in a year.

i keep a small fan running in my garage, seem's to help with condensation and such.

I shot coyote for pelts back when I was younger. Made pretty good money out in west Texas and New Mexico, but it was never a sport.

Sounds good to me. I'm the guy on the lake trying to fish when 50 crazed anglers with 300 horse mercurys round the bend doing 75 trying to get to the honey hole first. Sports involving live animals for profit ain't for me. Sorry.

I'm all over cmp, numrich, etc. for whatever I can souvenir,  but uncut stocks are rare as honest politicians.

Anyone have a Krag m96 carbine stock set they'd like to sell? I'm redoing a bubba, so if you've got any M92-m1901 krag parts for sell, I'm looking.

I looked into it in a 79 cj7. Never found a donor locally. I ran into a guy that did the conversion on a Winnebago RV. There's some info on the JEEP forum.

I heard it on NPR outta Knox last night. They kinda skew the news to fit their agenda, so I didn't pay it much mind.

I've had one in 22mag over 20ga and loved it. There's just not that many .22 hornet over 20's out there.

I had the .45 combo. Handier than a shirt pocket.

no, not a 'hot ticket', just looking at the pile of .223 brass and wondering. 

I couldn't shoot up 65000 rounds before I died. Not with the .22's I got.

The defense attorney based the defense on the fact that no one actually SAW them making anything, and the cop wouldn't collect the bottles as evidence as they are considered explosive. Same excuse for not fingerprinting the bottles. Unless you are physically caught making the dope, it's a hard crime to prosecute for anything other than attempt to manufacture or possession.  At least that seems to be the case here in Cumberland county, and I'd bet it is in the rest of the state..

Caught 2 folks parked on a gravel road running behind (not on) my property. I'd had a couple of things stolen while I was rehabing this place, so when they were parked there over 30 minutes, I watched from the woods, for 10-15 minutes, confronted them, told them what my concerns were,  took their license number, and run them off. Since the road isn't on my property, I had no reason to hold them for the cops, etc. Got to looking around the piece of ground they were hanging out in, and found 2 2 quart pop bottles half full of lithium batteries, liquid, looks just like the stuff I been seeing in the drug class dog and pony show we do once a year at work.  Long post short, I called the cops, they sent a deputy to look it over, he ID's it as a shake and bake set-up, calls haz mat, and takes the license number. A while goes by, they catch the guys with another batch cooking, I ID the guys, they go to court, I'm called as a witness, and they're out of the courtroom free and clear before I am. End of lesson.
