Well thelast 12 years I have lived behind a desk but the previous 12 worth working in lumber yards, horse farms and framing houses would take exception to that remark.

I am sure this aux been talked about but Herr we go again. I just bought a ruger sr40. I am wondering what the best practice is for storage. I have 2 clips, I have heard that unless you shoot often you should not completely load up your clip because it puts to much pressure on the spring in the clip. If true, how long should I unload a clip and switch between the other clip? I know the easier answersis to head to the range but how long should I leave a clip loaded

Well ya fruit, kinda hard standing this thing up on end.

about 20-23 years ago I was walking along an old graveyard off of poplar av in collierville TN. I was about 12-13 at the time and was just poking around when I found this piece of metal on the ground. well fast forward to today and found it in a box and figured I would ask you fine gentlemen what you opinion of what this might be. It is about an 1.5-2" long. feels like lead but is not soft like lead. it is scared up a great bit but what is odd is it has what looks to be the makings of a hollow point tip and the rear of this thing has a rounded edge (not sure how else to describe it). Well here are some pictures. is it an old bullet of some sort?
