Even Fox News Realizes that Romney Campaign Is a Joke

At this point you are either voting for obama or voting for Romney or not voting at all. -
Was near the factory in Franklin and saw a bulding with a sign on it for harpeth shooters supply. Walked by and it was locked but someone was there. Anyone know what they sell? Is it open to the public?

TN HCP Holder carries and nothing happened

somewhere in TN, a legal driver hit or killed someone with there car. How many hundreds of times will someone run into someone else with their legally owned, legally licensed vehicle before worthless slobs at the tennessean or some other bed wetter demands that tight restrictions be put on car ownership? -

I have an. Idea. Much like the "thin blue line" bumper stickers and such, I think a simple pro self protection bumper sticker needs to be made. Something that is simple yet effective and will send a message. Then, when people start seeing them they will Google what the sticker means and hopefully will find a site that will explain in rational terms what self protection means and more importantly what it does not mean -
I went 40 because I was not sure if I was going to buy a number of pistols or not. I bought 40 because it had more rear than a 9 but the ammo was cheaper than 45. Plus, I would get 1 or so more rounds per clip than 45. It just depends on what you want. to me, it is up to comfort. there is not much difference in performance so I went the cost rout. a 40 was less expensive than 45 and my per round costs are less as well.

I live in a pretty conservative neighborhood but 2 of my direct neighbors are far left zealots. Good people but libtards non the less (bless there heart). Anyway one of them made a post on fb about how tn is the laughing stock of the us because of some of the pro gun, pro religious freedom bills yet he also talks about how other people are intolerant. I just don't understand how people can get away with the blatant hypocrisy of spewing their own hate, intolerance and bigotry. Haslam is what we thought he would be and that is fine. We have to hold our representatives accountable and support them fully when they do right -

Bank of America to gun company: Find another bank

I will follow this pretty closely. BOA a few years ago was contributing to acorn and I sent them an email asking them to stop. they sent back a canned response. I have been 100% happy with BOA and their online services are great. but I am at the point that companies are allowing political pressure to get in the way of servicing customers. So I would like to know the context behind this story. if it turns out that they denied this company service purely because they build gun/parts then it is no different than back in the day businesses denying someone service because of race or nationality. If this is the case, i will be looking for a new bank and I will let the bank know exactly why I left -

my pull quote to Lt Gov Ramsey "I understand some people are just not comfortable with firearms and I respect that. But common sense tells me that if someone was going to commit a gun crime, there are no laws that prevents moral corruption but currently in our state, there are laws that prevent proven responsible State of Tennessee Citizens from exercising their constitutional right to defend themselves. There really is no difference between leaving a legally owned fire arm in my home or in my car. If I someone who wants to do ill will towards another they will do it despite law. " -

well I was in wichita kansas a few years back for business. went down to the gym to hit the treadmill and there was a guy already running.on one of them. It was the USC vs OU national champion game. I asked the guy if I could turn the channel to watch it and he said sure. Well a few seconds after asking him I did a double take and tried to get a better look without looking weird. Well after a few minutes of watching the game the guy turned to me and asked who I was pulling for and I told him I did not care but was leaning to USC, Well he said something else and I finally realized who it was. I was talking to Han Solo himself Harrison Ford. I asked him what brought him to witchita and he said he was there to do his check ride for his private plane. I did not bother him the rest of the time, sure he gets enough lip service so I let him finish his run and get on his way. But it was pretty dang cool to share the room with a guy that stared in the movies that I watched about a thousand time..

Everybody tells me how important it is to vote....

Romney is just 1/3 of the equation people. I think Romney will be a good president but what is required is a solid majority of conservative in the house and senate that actually has a backbone. Bush would have turned out a lot better perception wise had we elected better representation in congress. Since the republicans allowed the war to become political and allowed spending to get out of control the GOP opened the door for the liberals to come in and control the narrative. I am so sick and tired of republicans choosing politics over principle and in every case they lose. So a Romney presidency does not scare me. anything less than a strong conservative congress is what scares me. With people like alexander and corker representing us does not give me the warm and fuzzies. Having trash balls like cohen in congress also makes things worse. We have to start putting principled people in congress like we did in the last election. picking up the senate and keeping the house with conservatives will be a huge win, even if romney is president. But the agenda has to be purely economic driven. We have to keep the social agenda on the back burner and focus purely on the economic -
30+ years ago the mall of Memphis was a nice place to go. I was about 13 when my mom and I were walking around the ice rink when a 6 foot 2 black man dressed in drag grabbed my mom's crotch right in the middle of the mall. I was soo pissed and I started yelling at the freak and "it" started walking back at us when my mother pulled me away and we left the mall for the last time. Then the hickory ridge mall was the mall to go too until it started going down hill. Every mall has a hey day and then a time in which the thugs take over. The last time I was at opry mills it was getting pretty trashy so if the mall wants to stay relevant they had better set an expectation otherwise it will go to crap.

Let me ask this question. If I park my car on someone's property and it is broken into, is it my car or the property owner's? My car is my property. If a business owner is not going to take responsibility for my vehicles being vandalized on their property then they do not have grounds to restrict me from keeping my property locked in my property

White privilege and the politics of race
1pointofview replied to a topic in 2A Legislation and Politics
sorry, but without getting deep into a discussion. but I am tired of one group able to have a music genre free to call white folks anything they want but the moment anyone of the white persuasion utters something negative against another race is national news. -
I have the lcp .380 and the sr40. Have put about a thousand round between them and enjoy them very much. Have had zero issues with the 40 but the lcp seems to get jammed every so often when I chamber a round. I chalk it up to it not being shot enough and since it is my pocket carry, I need to keep it oiled better between range time

as a board member in my local HOA natzi association I can tell you with a decent amount of certainty that dishes are perfectly legal frm a federal law standpoint I think. The same way HOAs may have something against flag poles but federal law says you can put up a flag on your property. Of course devil is always in the details but from what I remember of the law, you are supposed to be allowed to place your dish were you can get a signal. there is some grey area but just never know
