Less invasive is much better in terms of recovery! Glad the new docs seem to be working out. Hope all goes well.

  I don't generally open carry and I'm not a fan of it vs concealment personally, but I do believe that law abiding open carry can have a positive psychological effect on the sheeple. Not guys dressed like wanna be commandoes with rifles slung over their backs at the local starbucks but more the professionally dressed businessman in nice clothes who happens to have a pistol on his hip at the local drugstore. Making the sight of a gun a taboo as FL has done only makes it easier for the MDA lunacy to commence each and every time one is seen. If seeing a gun on a law abiding citizen's hip were a relatively common occurrence it's much harder for them to make a case to freak out about it. 

Possibly, FL is one of those states that will hassle you if you print and certainly doesn't allow open carry so even though they have more carry permits issued than any other state the sheep rarely think about how many may be around them every day.

THIS X2, my wife gave me hell when I said I was buying a beat up VW beetle to commute in b/c I was sick of paying to repair dents and dings in my BMWs. It's now paid for itself several times over.

Bugatti Veyron is the first that comes to mind. The last GT was electronically limited at just over 200 mph but it felt like it had a LOT more to go and wasn't close to running out of gear.

Don't get me wrong, I'd love to not need one at all but it baffles me that I can't even apply as a nonresident from TN currently.

Yep, I can carry door to door from my property here to our business there now, much better but I would still love to eventually get the ability to actually apply for a friggin IL out of state permit.

Yep, 30rnd 45 mags for the kriss vectors would fly off the shelves IMHO. No doubt in my mind they would be much better than the current offerings.

the 50 f1.4 is more robust(primes usually are) than the 28-135. Both my breaks were due to it the zoom gears stripping due to knocks or falls while extended. CPS wanted more than I had in the first one to fix it, I never bothered sending in the second.

The 28-135 is fragile, I've been through 2 of them, but I'm known to be rough on equipment with what I used to shoot. Quality of the shots was good for the price though while they lasted. Upgraded to a 24-70L f2.8 which is a tank by comparison, but it's heavy as well, so each has it's own advantages.

If you saw what the government offers to pay vs a standard fee schedule you might understand why many clinics are shutting out ALL new govt. insured patients, not just vets. Try going into a restaurant eating a meal and leaving enough cash for 60% of the bill on the table. Kindly explain that it's all good you'll be back next week for another.

I was not there and I don't have enough info to tell much, I will stick up a little for the doc on pulling out and not completing the procedure(what it sound like is a PCI), since he likely did so for a valid reason. I would have hoped he would come tell you the reason afterward though. My fear is that he may have seen something indicating a CABG or similar to be the better course of action in your case. That's between him and you though. If that is the case you may be referred to a cardiothoracic surgeon. I speak medical terminology fluently so if you want a translator at any point just shoot me a PM if I don't know it I likely have someone nearby who does.

Definitely seems to be out for a TN carry permit. due to one or both of the below qualifications.   "Shall not have been adjudicated as mental defective; has not been committed to or hospitalized in a mental institution; has not had a court appoint a conservator for the applicant by reason of a mental defect; has not been judicially determined to be disabled by reason of a mental illness, development disability or other mental incapacity; and has not, within seven (7) years from the date of application, been found by a court to pose an immediate substantial likelihood of serious harm, as defined in Title 33, Chapter 6, Part 5,"     Federally seems to be the same boat. Not b/c of the diagnosis, nor the meds, but due to the court appointing him a "conservator" due to his mental disability.   "According to federal regulations, a person has been “adjudicated as a mental defective” if a court, board, commission or other lawful authority has determined that he or she, as a result of marked subnormal intelligence, or mental illness, incompetency, condition, or disease: 1) is a danger to himself, herself, or others; or 2) lacks the mental capacity to contract or manage his or her own affairs. The term “adjudicated as a mental defective” explicitly includes a finding of not guilty by reason of insanity or incompetence to stand trial."       All that said he may still actually pass a NICS check at point of purchase but that wouldn't make it legal for him to possess a firearm!   "Federal law does not require states to submit mental health information to NICS; participation is strictly voluntary. There is considerable uncertainty regarding whether a federal statute requiring states to disclose mental health records to the FBI would violate the Tenth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. In Printz v.   Not all of the VA system is an embarrassment, but portions certainly are.

Up front short of calling the dealer and running the vin you will need the current rotor diameter(even the volvo factory parts diagrams reference all three in relation to the v8 s80). 300mm, 316mm, or 336mm, out back you just need to know vented or not on the rotors. If you want to avoid being that guy pop a front wheel off and measure the front rotor, done.

Yep pretty much, I hate branding(text especially) on most anything I carry/wear. 

I would buy a few for range bag identification, would love them even more if the site wasn't on them but I'm weird like that.

  Sounds like my office mate who every time I complain that it's cold tells me about his years stationed in Adak, AK like here isn't cold, but he's yet to take me up on wearing a set of OR scrubs to lunch down the block for just an hour to see what it's like.

All I know is it's cold as $#!% here now, and I have to go to east TN tonight for work where apparently it's also cold as $#!% so I can only guess that I'll be an ice cube by dawn.
