  1. Music City Tactical Shooters will hold its monthly USPSA match this weekend. Five stages with a round count of around 100. Set-up begins at 7:00am. Any help is greatly appreciated. Stages should be posted soon. First time, safe, shooters are encouraged to attend. Be at the range by 8:30am for a range safety meeting. Please ask questions here as others may be wondering the same thing. These are super fun matches for all skill levels.

  3. Yes. Free for spectators. The shooting bays will be marked--all other areas should be OK. Eyes and Ears. Shots at 8:00am.   See you there.

  6. You can shoot "Open Class", most anything goes. Still is a mag length limit though.
  7. Major PF(165) 8 rounds in magazine. Minor PF(125)10 rounds.

  9. We will also run an IDPA Classifier for those of you needing one to shoot the Cup Match.
  10. Music City Tactical Shooters will host a falling steel match on Sunday the 28th of September. I am working on the stages and they will be out shortly. I am thinking three big stages that we will shoot a short course and then the full course on. Steel matches are super fun and challenging. Come out and give it a go.
  11. Nice African-American fish. :cool:   Always my favorite. I have a 75 Gal. in the basement I need to get out again.
  12. Our range is "Competition Only". That is it is only open during events. You do not have to be a member of the club or USPSA/IDPA to participate. The best way to get started is to just show up. Everyone there is willing to help out a new guy.

  14. First real try at USPSA stages. I hope they are legal, challenging and fun. This weekend looks great weather wise.

  21. I think we will have a great morning of shooting. But we will shoot rain or shine. As Hognut said lightning will stop us.
  22. We will have a Three Gun stage going. There will be a rifle and a shotgun to use. Just bring some factory ammo. 223 and 12 gauge. If you haven't shot three gun this is a good chance to come out and give it a go.
