Now if the Commie Appeal wouldn't list my name, position, and salary on their website along with every other government employee in the Mid-South. I see no harm in listing the salaries of government employees, but to list my information next to the number annoys me. As if it's not bad enough that I get paid to do a thankless job, they have to tell everyone how much I don't make, too??

There are some exceptions to the rule. Below is the state law that says you have to have the class unless you meet one of the other requirements. This may be the reason for the "different stories" you have been hearing. TCA 39-17-1351

Yep, that ****** ****** got me the first time I quit. The second time I quit smoking by using smokeless tobacco (dip). I thought dip would be easier to quit than smoking was. I didn't realize that it delivers something like 3 times the amount of nicotine to the body that cigarettes do. Now I'm still trying to drop the dip habit.
