My luck... I'd get all the way to the top and realize I forgot the one d*mn tool I needed.

The wally world in Bartlett has the same policy with ammo. During the worst of the ammo shortage (remember when you NEVER saw 380?), I was on midnights. I'd occasionally go "shopping" on duty. Nothing more retarded than standing there, in uniform, gun and loaded spare mags on my belt, and I couldn't buy a box of ammo.
