    indigestion

I have it bad, too. I get the Rx Prilosec. Comes in generic, so it's cheap with insurance and it definitely does the trick.
  2. I've got one of those in my truck as well as my wife's truck. Have also bought one for my father. They're not theft-proof by any means, but it sure helps to hinder their efforts.
  3. OK, just making sure. There are a bunch of different styles by various manufacturers. Didn't know if y'all had something fancy
  4. What kind do you have???

    New .45

    Or this beaut...
  6. I hope he gets some good use out of the 9mm dies. I remember many "elmers" (old timers) helping me out when I was 14 or 15 years old and trying to get into ham radio. Had it not been for them, I wouldn't have had near the fun I did.

    My grandaddy

    Very sorry for your loss.
  8. I'm thinking... Group buy!
  9. That'll do it. And you raise a good point. Trying to expand an ASP in a car could have quite the effect on your windshield or interior.
  10. Yes. I've carried it for over 6 years now and haven't used it one single time. But, it's there if I need it. True
  11. +1 The 21" is perfect in my opinion. It's long enough to "reach out and touch someone", but not too long to conceal. Only one of my coworkers carries a 26" ASP and it's just way too long when it is collapsed.
  12. Since there is no license for it, only a certificate issued by an instructor, I'd imagine you'd have to just pay the instructor for another class. I'm not sure why in the hell it would need to expire though. Never seen anything in TCA about how often someone must receive training. Only that they must have received training. Maybe it's just that one instructor??
  13. Well, on second thought, if "lesser weapons" were ok with a HCP, I'm sure some moron (no names come to mind) would be walking around Belle Meade with a couple of Ninja Swords...
  14. I have to agree with the state on this one. An ASP can put a serious hurtin' (and I mean serious bodily injury) on someone. If it's someone that shouldn't have a gun for obvious reasons, I don't think I'd want them walking around town with an ASP. And yeah, I'm 100% with you on the "lesser weapons". The state is saying "we trust you with your .45, but whoa!!! Hold up! Is that a 4 1/2" Buck knife? No Sir!":screwy:
  15. Oh, I get what you're asking. I think that's the state's way of saying that those with felony convictions, DV convictions, etc. can't carry anything but a pack of skittles (no baton regardless of training, etc.)
  16. With no training certificate, it could be a charge of Unlawful Possession of a Weapon. But, it's a class C misdemeanor versus a class A like possessing a handgun in a place open to the public..... See TCA 39-17-1307
