Ha! NAILED IT! Do I win a T shirt or something?!

Well there goes that idea.

Mk... my guess is some warmed over AR variant. Maybe made in Serbia this time. I bet the market will be ripe for an overpriced logo'd out Springfield tactical rifle on 11/9/16.

Some 9mm not fitting in case gauge.

Great info here. I was going to mention the idea that plated bullets seem to run 1 or 2 thousandths over in my experience as well. I've always noted them to be more "snug" than real fmj in every caliber I load. Actually, in 38/357, I've about given up on using real fmj with a cannelure because no matter how hard of a crimp I put on the cases, many rounds still end up with a bullet that can be spun by hand, even after a run through the Lee FCD and an obvious roll crimp. That is also due to the wide tolerances of 38/357 brass makers, but the slightly oversized plated bullets I get from Xtreme and Berry's load up nice and snug. Though it's a different caliber and problem, I can see a bullet that is one or two thousandths wider causing these problems in 9mm. I run everything through an FCD just 'cuz, but the way all my other dies are set, hardly ANY 9mm cases have any meaningful contact with the die. Hope you get it figured out! -

40 boxes of Federal Champion .22lr. $2.49/box. I left twice as much on the shelf... but I was tempted not to. -

Hm. Does the tray flip the primers for you like on the Auto Prime? -

Holy shnikes! That thing looks more worn than mine! Lol! Thanks for the link, but I'm gunna pass on that one, especially at that price. :/ I am hoping to find some folks who juat have theirs in an old junk bin. I like the old Lee and have all the shellholders already. I don't really want to buy another brand's primer and then hafta get another set of shellholders, too. -

VERY interested in your review of this suppressor! I have the same gun and am looking at all the suppressors available. That looks great. Do the sights clear the can? -

Sweet! Yes, that's the one. And if there are more folks out there have a spare, I'll take all I can get. Thank you! -
I also have this in the classifieds, but I'm posting here because I'm hoping to maybe catch the eye of a reloader who may understand my plight and be able to offer assistance. I'm looking for the old Lee Auto Primer. Not the new XR thing or the Ergo loader. Yep7, the old one with the round primer tray. New old stock would be awesome, but if you have a gently used one taking up space that would be fine. Looking for one with smooth operation. After a decade and I dunno... maybe 40-50k primers... mine is about toast. I strongly dislike the new Lee handheld primers, and don't really wanna hafta buy another brand's primer and another shellholder set. :/ Even if you don't have one, but know a place that may, I'd love the info. Thanks! Can trade cash or ammo, and AR mag or two, whatever. :-) I'm hoping that maybe one of you fine gents might know of someone with one they don't need, or maybe know of a little shop somewhere off the beaten path that may have one sitting on the shelf in a box long faded from red to pink. I'd love their contact info, if so. Thanks in advance for any assistance!

I'll bite! Give us the horror story. I genuinely appreciate hearing about mishaps so I can hopefully avoid them myself. :/

That is at the Reloader's Bench in Mt Juliet around 10:15 this morning. $90/4, $160/8. I didn't see singles of 231 but there were 1lb cans of HP38 which is the same thing. I didn't look at the price on those. I was too busy grabbing up some Power Pistol. :-)

Right on. Yea, I bought some last week... then 3 more boxes Friday night when the free shipping kicked off. Then Friday morning they ran 5% off on those 9mm bullets... order #3 in 6 days. :/

Hey folks, just wanted to share that xtreme is running free shipping right now, and as of this morning, 5% off 115gr 9mm rn plated bullets. That's $38.xx for 500 bullets, no minimum. Shipping from them is usually $5 or cheap anyways, so not a huge deal if you normally order by the pallet, but if you just wanna try a box or two, this is pretty good, imho.

Well... last week I ordered a bunch of bullets frome xtremebullets.com. they are scheduled to be delivered tomorrow. 5 minutes ago I checked their site and they're running free shipping again. Now I have another order that will be coming next week, too. :/ I still load on an old Lee turret. It's slower, but it also keeps me from loading $2k in ammo a week... and then wanting to go shoot it all! For the last week or so I've been doing nothing but depriming brass every night. It takes a llloooooonnnggg time to deprime a 5 gallon bucket of 9mm. About 2 gallons of 44 mag goes quick, though! TV watching time is spent priming brass by hand. Some day I'm gunna go Dillon, but not until I can afford to feed it, too! -
I would hope it IS mostly steel. The info shows it to have more energy than the 10mm. I would hope it's a tough, hefty gun that can absorb some of that before sending it into the shooter's wrist, and also be durable enough to take the frame batttering it's sure to receive. I think it's a beautiful gun. :-)

Sweet CZ75, haha! But seriously, looks cool.

I'd say mebbe it's 50/50 the round and the glock. Real 10mm ammo is more powerful than any 9, 40, or 45. If shot in a lighter gun it can be punishing for those who tend to be a little more recoil sensitive. I'm young, (or so I tell myself) "big-boned", (aka: fat) and not bothered by recoil much. Having shot a g20 and my Witness side by side, the Witness is much easier on the shooter, especially with the 23lb recoil spring I installed. If you like nice SA triggers the Witness delivers, in spades. They make the Elite Match in 9, 40, 45, and 38 Super as well. Just last week I was perusing the different models... planning to pick one up in 9mm soon. I'm thinking I'll go with a slightly different model so they'll be easier to differentiate, haha! Leaning towards the Stock II model.

...you empty another can of powder. Better run out and buy a dozen more to replace this one! Anyone else feel the same way?
-
Does it hafta be a glock? I super dig my EAA Witness Elite Match 10MM. https://www.budsgunshop.com/catalog/mobile/product/54981/eaa_600650_witness_elite_match_14+1_10mm_475

Ugh. Sorry for the multiple responses. This forum software and my Galaxy S7 don't like each other very much. :/
