    Help!!

That sounds like experience speaking there, Tungsten!!
  3. I think they have an AK section at ar15.com
  4. I had FUN today!!! That souped up 10/22 was probably the highlight of my day, along with that 7.62x51 down at the 100 yard lanes! I brought 6 revolvers and 2 long guns, adding 8 to the tally. It'd be fun to start up a thread to find out how many guns we really had there. We missed you Eddie! No one was there to school us on 12g shotty shootin'! How's the Camaro treatin' ya?
  5. Nice piece!! You should be able to find a good set of original-like grips for that at the show, just know that all S&W factory grips have been getting more and more expensive lately. Have your gf's pop check this place out: http://ahrendsgripsusa.com/revolver.htm THOSE are grips!! =)
  6. We're looking forward to the pleasure of meeting you, Loki!
  7. Congrats, dude!!! Go carry tonight and tell us about it tomorrow!! Is your wife coming, too?
  8. Is there any way to turn a situation like that over to the PoPo or ATF and let them deal with it?
  9. Don't worry, the Mosin will be there in all its glory! Hey... would it be against the rules to fill up some used water bottles with tap water to shoot? I like the big splash they make!! I think I can scrounge up 6-8 of them.
  10. As my brother who lives in New Hampshire would say.... "Stupid M*******s!"
  11. Since nobody else has chimed in, I like BBQ chips!! Also, Sunchips are good.
  12. You guys are great!! I'll be there rain or shine, thunder and lightning or not. I grew up in Miami and lightning and storms were an everyday thing. If we let a little thing like 5,000,000,000 watt bolts of lightning stop us, we'd never get anything done! No hugging flag poles during the storms, though. Like you, Tokarev, all I've been thinking of since last month has been this shoot!! I'm also really excited about grilling and all. This is gunna be too much fun!! No golf balls, though. Wish I could think of something else cool to shoot.

    Revolvers?

I just remembered I actually had my GP100 lock up on me one time, but I don't blame the gun. Be careful with max loadings of H110, is all I gotta say!
  14. Hey, I'm not trying to be a lame-O, but $$ is real tight for me until July 1, so Clute, if you are planning on bringing a bunch of drinks in coolers, does that mean there is no need for me to bring a cooler and buy ice as well? The charcoal and otehr stuff I already have, so that's no big. Just lemme know!
  15. To paraphrase the infamous Soup Nazi.. "No KoolAid for you!"

    Revolvers?

Excellent post, Eddie. I understand things the same way, unfortunately, I don't buy guns based on logic or needs!!! I JUST LIKE MY SMITHS!!! I know I should get a higher capacity gun like a M&P 40 for home duty, and I know I should get something like the M&P40c for carry, but I like the idea of a biga** 44Mag loaded with watered down SWCs for home defense, and I like my 64 loaded up with hot 38+p SWCs or WCs for carry. Maybe I'll have a semi by the end of the year, or early next year. Probably an M&P40c first, then a Dan Wesson Commander Bobtail. I want that DW SSSOOOOO bad!

    Revolvers?

Hey Benchpresspower. I'm just curious to know what you mean by "snaps sometimes" in your post above. I'm not familiar with that term. Can you please explain it to me? Thanks!
  18. Dan Wesson Commander Bobtail, one of those in that first run with the little Patriot/minuteman on the side. I had a deposit on it, but due to getting married and all, I relinquished the gun ans just bought some reloading equipment with the deposit money. I'm still bummed.
  19. I love Top Gear!! [ame] [/ame]
  20. Beat me to it,Tokarev. I can't remember the name of the movie, but Ava Mendes (sp?) screws a silencer on a S&W snub a couple different times. Stoopid.
  21. First, I'm a dork. I said the grill was gas or electric.... stupid!! Who has an electric grill?! Anywho, TheMark, I'll be happy to bring a bag of charcoal and assist you.
  22. If anyone in Smyrna has a truck, I'll have a gas grill to volunteer. I have a friend who is moving, and I am buying his grill. It is both gas and electric. I don't know how much gas is in the tank, but I know I have plenty of charcoal. I will get the grill next week. Who is doing the cooking? Just tell me what you prefer to cook with, and I'll make sure we have it.
  23. Eddie, Kelley and I love you and are praying for you. Let us know if we can do anything for you.
  24. Even though it's not "rated" for +p, I shoot +p (maybe slightly more?) handloads in mine frequently. Tough little bugger! However, It's not a steady diet of +p, either. I've worked up some pretty stout loads with the Hornady 158gr XTP jhp. I made 50 to try, and have 200 in the closet for SHTF ammo for my 38s. (the 64 and a 10)
