  1. I had him as my chemistry teacher back before 05. I guess I'll have to stop by Tuesday when I'm out and about.
  2. Doesn't seem to have. I still need to take it apart for complete inspection and cleaning.
  3. This Chris Tenpenny wouldn't be a chemistry teacher at Nashville Christian would he?
  4. The regions off of Old Hickory near the 70 intersection in Bellevue was posted yesterday. Unfortunately I've got some ongoing transactions but as soon as those are wrapped up I'm switching. Probably to Suntrust.
  5. I took some Hoppe's to it. Took care of it just fine.
  6. Also, I do have pics I can email if anybody wants to see.
  7. My father has given me his handgun to hold onto while he's in a motel between residences. He doesn't feel comfortable keeping it in his motel room. It's a little Charter Arms .38 special snub nose revolver. It's got a decent amount of rust on the exterior and I just wanted to know what I should and shouldn't do before I take any steps to fixing it up.
  8. Now, if you'll excuse me I need to go call my father before I visit and will probably be offline for the rest of the day. I'm interested to see if you find a way around his block, as that would mean basically having someone else relay every message and post, and it would be funny to see that happen.
  9. Because then you win. I'm staying nuetral on this one, merely commenting due to the humor I find in making a post directed at somebody who has blocked you because they have blocked you.
  10. Even better, he'll never know you made that comment.
  11. Nope, it's all about being prepared for contingencies.
  12. 3 people with no training are enough to beat another human being to death, depending on how well trained and armed the other person is. I've been on the recieving end of a 5 on 1 beating, and it probably would've hurt a lot more if I hadn't been wasted out of my mind. I was left busted open with a concussion bleeding in the streets. Had I not recieved almost immediate help I have no doubt the amount of blood I was losing (what with the being wasted and all) could've made my predicament much more serious.
  13. Well, all my handguns are in other states right now, but when I get them back it'll be this. P14 with 10 round mag in the gun, 1 in the chamber, 2 14 round mags on strong side, set up in a crossdraw shoulder holster. 7 round revolver on right hip. Eventually getting some sort of other semi-auto for small of back, will need to find a place for 2 spare mages for that. Can yall see now why I've considered getting into leatherworking to make my own rigs and holsters? Oh, and before anybody gets any ideas because I just admitted to not having any of my handguns with me I've still got my 870 at home with a vest totaling 50 shells between what's on the vest, on the gun, and in the gun.
  14. Sgt. David Murillo stated in a report on Friday night, "On-duty officers at the fairgrounds advise there was a group of 30 to 40 individuals roaming the fairgrounds openly calling it 'beat whitey night.' " And that's why I carry a P14 with 2 extra mags.
  15. They delved too greedily and too deep. You know what they awoke there in the darkness of Kazat Dum.
  16. Ok. Reprobate works.
  17. Ok, I fit the whole heathen thing but could someone tell me what reprobate means?
  18. I had no idea just how important it was to donate old clothes.
  19. Where's the rest of it?
  20. Link works fine.
  21. Here we go. Darwin Awards: Literary Quotes I accidentally misattributed the Einstein quote. I was thinking of the one about stupidity and the universe.
  22. There's about a dozen and a half variations of that quote "The difference between genius and stupidity? Genius has its limits". Personally I'm a fan of the Einstein quote that "There are only two things in this universe that are truly abundent. Hydrogen, and stupidity.". I believe there's a Darwin Awards website that has a whole plethora of quotes about stupidity.
  23. Historically it's the way they work. They are a religion of peace until they have superior numbers.
  24. If she's already reproduced, she can still get one if all of her offspring are "shuffled loose" as well. I can remember one of the awards happening in that whatever accident that did occur, killed the man's son and left the man unable to reproduce and he got one. As long as the line is ended or unable to continue that's the key to Darwin Awards.
