  1. Do they snatch all your equipment here like they do violaters in Fl? Down there they can seize guns, car, boats, or anything else you may happen to have with you.
  2. What part of Floridy are you going to?
  3. Glad I saved my $10 and stayed home and cut the grass. Of course that probably cost me $10 too.
  4. Coworker had his truck done by LineX recently in black. He said it was in the $400 range. Colors were more expensive by about $75 he said. He seems real happy with it and it looks well done.
  5. My wife will be feeding her flock in the backyard, I think she will be ticked if anybody blasts them though!
  6. Don't enter the store if you don't want to support them. Contact the corporate offices if you want to let them know why you won't support them and will support their competitors. It's not like anyone at the local level can change corporate policy. Really kind of juvenile to try to make a statement by punishing the ones who have absolutely no power to make any changes.
  7. Nother Gator Dude!
  8. I regret not buying any stock when it was down in the $1.50 range!
  9. Although I hope your wrong, I think your damage assesment may be correct Willis. It's hard to describe the feeling of helplessness to anyone that has never been through a major storm. GoodLuck! Keep your head down when the cows start to fly!
  10. KMART Sucks. I'm a very good driver, very good driver. Almost time for Wampner!
  11. Call me weird but uhm, I kinda like that last pic.
  12. I think they are kind of like seatbelts on a horse! If you need them, you probably shouldn't own them. One of the distributors, RSR, I think,is showing a listing for a new 442 minus lock, so maybe there is hope that Smith will cut out some of the nonsense.
  13. See if you can find a shoe repair place. I have had numerous snaps repaired and holsters sewed or dyed over the years. Usually very reasonably priced also.

I think that extra $200 covers them giving you a kiss as you leave!
  15. I have decided to clean all the plastic guns out of my safe. I want a new 45 acp. Above are the three I am seriously considerin. I have had lots of Colts and a couple Springfields. Give me your two cents worths on my choices please.
  16. So I got that new Stainless Charter in .44 special the other day. You can't have a new gun without ammo,or it will screw up the Cosmos, or mess up your Fung Shoei, or something bad. Found out real quick that the Special, stands for Damned Expensive, in regards to ammo! Cheapest I could find was $32.00 for Cowboy Loads at Ass Pro. 44 mag was $10 bucks cheaper for jhp's. I can't wait to tell my wife I'm going to have to buy another set of dies so I can save a lot of money. Anybody got any brass they want to swap out?

    KELTEC choice

I have a PF9. It,s plenty large to fillup a large pocket. Know way a Pf11 wiil fit. The 11, loaded, is quite a bit heavier, but you get more bullets.
  18. Welcome from Jefferson City.
  19. I kinda like it. Makes more since than the auto with the bayonet that was on the magazine covers a while back. Not cheap though. Wonder what he could do with my Case folder and an N.A.A. 22 mag?

    Boo Hoo

That guy is just a little twirp. I am 6'-7' and 320 pounds, down from 360 not to long ago. The nurse didn't seem to have any problems finding a vein to stab on me this morning. I'll be she would go stick him for free! I think the best answer would be to use a large rifle caliber since he is so worried about his weight. Nurse would probably volunteer for that one too!
  21. fizik, that is the same type info I got. I'll be the guinea pig and let you know how this one works out. It came with the bobbed, dao hammer on it and I am not sure whether I like that or not. Leaning towards not, and may get a normal replacement hammer from Charter. Looks like I may have to mortgage the cat if I don't start reloading for it!!!!!!
  22. I got tired of trying to find an S&W in .44 special for a semi-realistic price. Went by the local shop and ended up coming home with a Charter Pug in 44 spec. Little worried about their mixed reviews but decided to chance it. Anybody got one of these critters? No time to play with it for a few days but will report back.
  23. I like the old Wrist Rocket Slingshot with some leftover lead round balls or the fancy prepackaged ballbearings they sell.
  24. Be careful with the Dremel wheel unless you want a polished/glossy finish. I have had good luck with the pot scrubbers I steal from my wife. She uses the green ones and they will get off any light rust with out scratching. Just start out with light pressure.
  25. Major, got to agree with Grimel, if your a revolver guy go with a 25 or 625. I have a 5" model 625 and it eats them leftover 45acps real well!
