I debated a lot on getting that Stiletto, but in the end I went with the Olight Arkfeld, mostly due to size and the aluminum body. I still like the Stiletto. Maybe I'll get to handle both at the NRAAM and compare them side by side.

It's hard to beat Prince's, but I don't mind Hattie B's. We used to go to a meat & 3 in Cool Springs named Bishop's Meat & Three for lunch almost every Friday. You had to get there early because they always sold out of Hattie B's chicken. They had the best squash casserole I ever ate.

My wife thinks everything has to be swimming in sauce to be eaten, but I'm also tired of overly sweet ham glaze. I can't wait to hear what kind of responses you get.

We didn't walk on the bank when we went frog gigging we walked up the middle of a creek. I won't blame you if you don't believe me, but I've seen my dad gig a snapping turtle in the head more than once. He'd hold it up and I'd whack that sucker off with the machete we carried for snakes. We'd leave the turtle on the bank and grab it on the way back to the truck since they're so heavy. I never watched him dress it, but I've eaten what he called turtle stew. It was similar to a thinner version of what pot pie filling tastes like.

I was sure she never said expel them because they're black, but save me because I'm white. Whatever logic she managed to muster up to plead her case or reviewing the tape to see what she actually did that was different is likely what saved her. The fact that she stepped out of there and said the black guys got railroaded, but I'm white so they didn't expel me is the problem.

I don't remember if it was a nickel or a dime per bottle, but we had to make a LOT of trips to cash them all in and the store was around a mile and half from where we lived. Mr Gordon, who owned the store, threatened to call our parents if he found out we didn't come by them honestly. I doubt anyone had ever returned that many in such a short time. I'm embarrassed to admit most of my gains got fed into a Donkey Kong machine.

I've witnessed this same approach in day-to-day life. Some believe whoever shouts loudest and loses the most composure wins the argument. Then they turn around and say the other side isn't being diplomatic. The saddest part of the CNN article is that the perpetrators reflexively played the race card, like their actions were irrelevant.

I heard bits and pieces of this yesterday, but I did see the footage of them using bullhorns to disrupt the legislative session. I guess it's hard being a Democrat when nearly 75% of the state elected Republicans.
