I had the same issue with my SP-01. I got it down to weight and was told differing things about the dust cover. An IDPA thread on the CZ forum pointed me to the exact spot in the rules where it clearly states that ANY gun legal for SSP is also legal for ESP. I still hear about some matches turning people away, though. I got sick of all the turmoil and got a 75 Shadow instead.

Walked into Outpost Armory today and asked a nice feller where they hide the super secret stash of 7.62x39 ammo that's just for special customers. He walked me over to a secluded spot near the bathrooms, put his finger up to his lips, whispered shhhhh, and pointed around a couple of people pouting over the $20 .223 ammo and said "right there", unless I want a whole spam can, which he pointed to a pallet of and said "it's right over there". I bought 10 boxes of Tula for "only" $6.99 each. Beats the heck out of paying the crooks in the classifieds 50 cents or more a round.

If I strap on some webbed feet and a fake bill and waddle around making quacking sounds, I'd be crazy to expect y'all NOT to call me a duck.

It works like this, Francis... I firmly cling to my right to make inappropriate snap judgements, gossip about things I have no expertise on, and pretend my opinion is the only one that counts...even, if I turn out to be wrong, am forced to backpedal, end up changing my opinions once more facts come to light, and make a total ass of myself in the process. You have the right to do otherwise and even tell me I'm an ass before I'm proven wrong as long as I get to say "see, I told you so" if my early predictions, prognostications, wild-ass guesses, and prejudice turn out to be right. Sometimes they fool ya, though. Met my ex in HS. She went to the same church and we'd never "dated" anyone else. A year after HS we got married. Five years later, she's messin' around with a 17 yr old employee at the restaurant she managed. Didn't see that coming. Naturally, I was pissed, but I didn't shoot anybody...and that was my first "love". This time around, I married a gal who got all the "wild" out of her system early, I guess. We've been together 18 years.

I just found out the hard way that you can't trust their website. I was up at 6:30 checking walmart.com for stores with 7.63x39 and went straight to one that said they had it in stock. I re-checked while waiting in line and browsing TGO. Nobody in front of me bought any and they were out when it was my turn. The employee said none came in, so I showed him the web page and he said you can't go by what their site says.

I always carry an AR when I have to go downtown in Memphis.

I figured a big outfit like Walmart only handled whole cases of ammo per store, especially when they know how popular the item is. I'm not saying you're wrong, I'm just saying...at what point in the supply chain does it make sense to stop and bust open a case of ammo that will never hit the shelf just to send a store only 3 boxes?

This kind of stuff is just crazy. I take marital fidelity very serious and avoid situations that might be construed in the wrong light. However, it's not worth killing/dying over. These jealous rages don't make sense anyway. The guy thinks his wife is cheating and kills the other guy and only beats her. Even if the other guy knew she was married and to whom, the wife is the one that I'd think he'd want to kill for it.

First thing I did was use the search looking for my email in all forums. No results were found.

I'm reasonably sure I never posted my email in a thread. This was definitely NOT a PM notification email. I had PM'd someone on here who said they were looking for some brass. Ironically, I didn't need to sell. I was just trying to help the guy out. I even went back to last year's threads to see what the going rate was before things got crazy and offered him that rate. In the process I gave him my email for PayPal pmt. Next thing I know I'm getting an email from someone who heard I had brass for sale. He says he heard it from a guy, who I'm pretty sure got banned from here (name sounds familiar). The only way that guy could have heard it was from the guy I offered to sell to. I'm guessing he was actually looking for brass for a friend (banned TGO member), who was looking for brass for yet another friend or something like that. Regardless, I suspected he got my email 3rd hand through the first 2 guys, but he claimed he joined TGO to find me and got my email address from the site, which sounded suspect to me. He seemed nice enough and apologized, but if my email isn't visible, he lied. So, I wanted to make sure it wasn't true.

Someone recently emailed me, saying they got my email address off the site. I poked around in my profile and all, but can't seem to find a place that indicates whether my email is visible or not. If it's visible to visitors, how can I hide it?

Congrats, I picked up one a month or so ago too. I love mine. It's surprisingly accurate and easy to shoot for such a tiny little gun.   You gotta treat it rough to make it run.   If you don't rack that slide w/ authority, it'll let you know. If you don't have a firm aggressive grip, it'll let you know.

  Zombie actors lack the motivation of the real thing, for both the actor and the shooter. In the back of my mind I know they won't eat me and in the back of the actor's mind they know that even if they don't catch you, they still a lunch break every 4 hours, LOL.

  I even found it as cheap as $7.49 waaaay back in the day if you bought 10 or more boxes. Those were the days, huh?     I was looking for some on here too, hoping to save on shipping. I saw some in the gear classifieds too and couldn't believe the price either. Some folks have no scruples.

I worked at a Walmart for a little while about 20 years ago, but I'll be darned if I remember ever getting a discount. I see what you mean, though. In this economy it's not worth losing a job over. They'd have to be moving a lot of ammo to take such a risk. Truthfully, I don't really suspect the employees would be buying with a discount and reselling at a huge profit. What I mostly wonder is whether their friends/family are getting access to ammo (for resale or not) that we don't get a shot at buying.
