  1. I still like MidwayUSA...quite a bit, in fact. I will be the first hold Mr. Potterfield up as a shining example of brilliant entrepreneurship in a niche market. His success was hard-earned and is well-deserved. I even look forward to his commercial on my usual Monday and Wednesday night TV shows on The Outdoor Channel and The Sportsmans Channnel. My only complaint is that I don't have a shipping option and that is a business decision of his that has and will continue to lose him some of my business. When I shop for gun stuff, I put it in my cart and check the price with shipping on multiple sites before I order. Despite not having a shipping choice, he still sometimes wins my business. Often times when it's within a dollar or so, he wins, even if he loses, b/c he has dozens of other things I want that I can throw into my cart one by one until shipping seem unreasonable.
  2. I don't blame Potterfield or MidwayUSA for the shipping rates that UPS charge. I blame Potterfield and MidwayUSA for getting into bed so deep with UPS that I have no shipping options with them. I see lots of companies that let me choose between UPS, FedEx, and USPS and with more than one option from each. I get to choose the carrier and the speed.
  3.   You must be new around here, LOL.   The way we do things around here is...we speculate, conjecture, and extrapolate based on the info we have at the time. If that info changes later, we either reload and get back into the fight or dig our heels in and invent fantastic theories to support our original position (see any of the 1/2 dozen Zimmerman-Martin threads).
  4. I've got $500 worth of stuff in my Wish List on Midway. The only reason I kept it is to look those items up on Amazon.
  5. Yes, really. Is he as bad as drug dealers or pimps, no, but there's definitely room under the banner for people like him. The kind of crap like he does in this video makes him feel like a big shot for a minute, but look what it cost the citizens in the state of CA. Like DaveS said, our rights are a vote and a signature away from being taken away. People doing what this guy did got so old that police chiefs across the state of CA got sick of it and asked for the OC law to be rescinded. The state legislature abided and the governor signed and *poof* every law-abiding gun owner in the state got screwed. Betcha they think guys like this are scum too.
  6. mmmm back boobs
  7. I don't even care for open carry, myself...just a personal choice. However, I don't want that right taken away, especially because of scum like this guy.
  8. I hope that the very first case when cops ignore a MWAG call is when some bad guy is seen openly carrying a gun into this idiot's house. If he survives, I'll laugh when I hear him whine about how the cops never showed up to help save him from the bad guy who they knew had a gun. And if the cops don't chalk it up to someone crying wolf, I hope they are detained by some whack-job just like him who wastes their time and prevents them from doing real police work.
  9. I'm sure that NY will craft a law against high capacity underwear that caps underwear elasticity at 7". Since some citizens already own hi-cap drawers, there'll have to be a buy-back program too.
  10. The best cure for Glockitis is to fondle your first CZ :)
  11. Even if I DID pull my pants up to my chest, I wouldn't have my underwear up there too.   However, I can see how the kind of guys who WOULD pull their pants up that high might. After all, they've already demonstrated their keen fashion sense with the pants, why stop there?
  12. yet another reason to switch to boxer briefs
  13. who wears underwear that stretch that far?
  14. this is almost as gross as the bowl of pretzels/peanuts at the bar
  15. I've never been disappointed by the M'boro RK Show.
  16.   learn something new every day, LOL
  17.   You saying I can't drive up to Bud's in KY and buy a handgun?
  18. I can't help but wonder how far south some of the commie state residents drove to buy a gun. Could that be boosting the numbers in some of the border states?

    CZ reliability?

I think you'll find that among those who have shot a CZ you won't find any complaints about reliability. I currently have a P-01, CZ 82, CZ 97 BD, CZ 75 Phantom, and a CZ 75 Shadow. I've owned 3 others which I regret selling/trading as well and all have been very dependable guns. For the first handgun class I took, I used my P-01. I put over 1000 rounds through it in 2 days without cleaning it. I didn't have a single malfunction that wasn't staged for the purpose of training.
  20. Have you asked around over on CZFirearms.us? There is a lot of specific expertise to be found over there. Otherwise, my only suggestion is that if it's NOT a live round, I'd try to drive it out from the barrel with a wood dowel and a rubber mallet.
  21.   me neither, I must need more vitamins   pretty damn funny
  22. I think it's pretty impressive, myself
  23. I'd like to think she's just fattening them up on corn for later, but something tells me cute wins out over delicious to her.
  24. meh, I've seen nicer boobies, but you know what they say...   Once you've seen one pair of boobies......you wanna see 'em all.
  25. I guess we are made in His image, we all make mistakes.
