Where do you buy your reloading supplies?
Dad03 replied to enfield's topic in Ammunition and Reloading
A H Reloading in Nashville. Nice guys and they are 3 minutes from my work so its easy to get to. Not an expert in pricing but they are cheaper than most I have seen. -

Wasn't Chrysler picked up by FIAT? I have a 2011 Dodge and read where some RAM owners are having similar headaches dealing with repairs. Rumor I heard in efforts to save costs FIAT wants to drop the Cummins diesel and implant their own diesel in the HD Rams. Think hondas are sound vehicles? Google about the transmission problems owners have been experiencing.

I live near there but have never been. Interesting.

Nice. Never would have thought to do that inside the safe. I hang my air tools in a similar way in the shop. Thanks for sharing.

I loaded up some 38 this morning. Used some of my crushed walnut tumble media. Punched out some wads using old gasket material. Primer, 1 grn bullseye, wad, fill with crushed walnut, another wad and compact with a pencil (eraser end first.) Not to loud and good to about 4 feet. Body count: 3 wounded disabling the navigation system, KIA with the Nike assault system. 1 blown out of the air.

I inherited a Whites Spectrum and a Fisher from my grandfather. I take the kids out around the property but my ground is hard clay. Need a pick ax to dig it. So far we have found some pieces from old farm implements, few shotgun shells, barb wire and some nails. Kids really enjoy it. When I was younger I would go with him to ball fields. Its amazing the amount of change we would find.

Whats the deal with those lowers, Why the bad rap? -
I am in the same situation. My yellow lab sheds like crazy. I have killed a Hoover and a Bissell in a year and a half time. I keep eyeing these Dysons but the price is steep. Will Home Depot take one back if I bought one and it wasn't worth the $$.? Now to get this thread back in true TGO fashion.... What type holster carries best while using the Dyson?

My biggest complaint about Maury Schools is that the grade school curriculum is weak. At the first open house I asked the principal about advanced classes so our kids will be challenged. She told me some crap about all the classes operating at the same level so the lesser performing kids can be inspired by the higher performing students. I rephrased her comment that the lesser performing kids can drag down the higher performing ones from being challenged. She did not take that to kindly. My wife was a teacher so she comes up with supplemental material to help advance their knowledge at home. Which is the way it should be at home. From a safety standpoint I think they are above average but I came from Florida (talk about some bad schools!) My wife is on the PTA board. Most parents want something done but won't step up to contribute. They get a free movie night courtesy of the PTA and then they complain about the movie selected or the time of the showing. Our plan is to change to private school when they hit 5th grade.

No mortgage on it and they do have a year to redeem themselves as I described above. Was told our name goes on the Deed as having paid the past owed and current year taxes. Its not officially ours yet but we have legal access to it. If they do pay the back taxes and fees to redeem themselves we get our initial costs back + 10%

Wife Side-Swiped a Pole With My New Truck Today
Dad03 replied to Seabeejason's topic in General Chat
Been there brother!. Get it fixed and use the guilt she will feel for buying some more guns. -
Wife has been looking into this process for a few years. This year when it came around she went prepared. She went to the auction today and won 5 acres of wooded property. Granted the registered owner has a year redemption period to pay back taxes, interest owed, penalties, etc, etc before its legally ours (RO lives up north somewhere) we were told we have full legal access to the property just don't make any improvements because if the RO makes good they are not obligated to reimburse any improvements and we lose the investment. At this point all I want is somewhere to hunt (bow) and maybe a 25 yrd pistol range shooting into my portable bullet trap. ----------- When we get a break in the weather I will go out and scout the property. If I see evidence of the area being hunted by others what should I do. For now I really don't care other than when I am out there.

Looking to get a top mount DVD in my wifes mini van. I need a shop that has qualified techs that will do a good job and not slap it together.

I picked up the 124 gr cast 9mm's last month. They load well. A few blemishes in the lot but for a target load can't beat them. I have since bought a mold and now cast my own but those are good to go.

Major milestones in my life are: Engineering Degree, Marriage, attained Professional licensing, & Kids. I change a bit at each milestone. IMO having kids, being the best dad possible and raising them right is the biggest and best of all.
