  1. Correct me if I'm wrong but didn't someone die recently from a pellet gun? The pellet punctured the heart or something. I'm not saying the guy was in reasonable fear of his life as I don't know enough about pellet guns to know if Wally World has one that is that capable or not. I do put a premium on my eyesight after seeing a friend of mine lose an eye to a bottle rocket in my youth I will say that.
  2. Hilarious. Feinstein just had an aneurism.
  3. I don't mind the canned response. It does make me wonder though, if an anti sends him a letter do they get this same response?
  4. Number 3 is powerful. I like it.
  5. I got a lot of the same.
  6.   Just wanted to spread the word to all who have Fleischmann as their rep. I like the response, but I wanted to get the word out so that if he does not act as promised we can all hold him accountable in the ballot box.      Dear  Jeremy :   Thank you for contacting me about the recent heartbreaking tragedy in Newtown, Connecticut.  I appreciate hearing your thoughts on this  horrendous attack on our children, and I remain honored to represent you in Congress.   On December 14, 2012  a deranged young man attacked the Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown Connecticut, brutally murdering 20 first graders and 6 adults.  This unspeakable attack shook the town of Newtown to its core and forced many of us to question how anyone could be  so evil as  to  murder children.   In the wake of this shooting there are no easy answers.  I have heard suggestions for limiting 2 ndAmendment rights to increasing resources for mental  health issues to putting armed school resource o fficers in every school.  I oppose limiting gun rights , however I do believe that there is merit in the other two suggestions, although these solutions may be better implemented at the state or local level than at the federallevel.  School resources and  needs are no doubt very different in a small Tennessee town than in New York City or in rural Alaska.   This horrific act leads me to hug my children a little bit tighter, but ultimately  the search for answers to this shooting yields few clues.  We know little about the shooter and what could have driven him to kill.   I urge you to join me in keeping the victims and their families in your prayers in the wake of this horrible crime.  Thank you again for your concern and please do not hesitate to let me know if I may be of additional assistance.   Sincerely, Chuck Fleischmann Member of Congress

  10. Happy New Year!!!!!!!!!
  11. Way of the gun. For sure.
  12. Wow. Just wow. And I'm worried about people on our side getting worked up and coming off as crazy. Can you imagine the noise the media would make if any pro gun person said this about the Brady campaign or Feinstein.
  13. The Ocoee starts back up the third weekend of March and runs weekends only until Memorial Day weekend when it goes to 5 days a week.
  14. These are awesome. Great work.
  15. Yeah, we could all do that...or just continue to write your reps.
  16. I  aways love it when people come on here and make demands of the guy that keeps this place up and running. Amazing. Don't like the way something went down here? Simple, don't come back. Either way, it does seem you already got an explanation.
  17. I don't think "conversations" about gun control accomplish what liberals think they accomplish.
  18. Look around Blue Ridge. Great little spot with plenty to do. Raft the Ocoee, golf, and there is probably somewhere to shoot nearby, though I've never looked.
  19. I've already been in touch with mine. And I plan on staying on them the whole way.
  20. done.
  21. Just poured some milk out for your lost homey.
  22. Holy crap that's a long post!!!!!!!!
