It's oil and water. There's more than a few cops who've got a chip on their shoulder about being (dis)respected. They tend to be forced to interact with people predisposed to disrespect authority. It's a recipe for disaster.

Indeed. Its a catch-22. Stuff happens really fast and they've got to react. One poor decision can cause the wrong people to die. At the same time, it seems like a lot of these events involve people completely ignoring the police. A fraction more patience and politeness on both sides would go a long way.

Be absolutely certain of who and where your neighbors are before letting goats roam. I'd also confirm you're legally allowed to do that.

Talk to some of the leather guys here. You can get exactly what you want. For me, OWB is way more comfortable that IWB. I only IWB carry when I'm particularly concerned with concealment. That said, my Crossbreed supertuck is the most comfortable medium sized gun IWB holster I've tried. It spreads out the load of a bigger gun really well.

Have you ever lived in a big apartment complex? People come and go all the time. It's almost impossible to know everyone, especially people on other floors when you basically only sleep there.

20lb grill tanks are, but can be tested and recertified. Bigger residential tanks have different requirements.

My parents in Chattanooga have a buried tank and get it refilled once or twice a year. They use it for supplemental heat (dual fuel heat pump), hot water, cooktop, and grill. Always get it filled in the summer when prices are low. Only in the winter when necessary, which isn't often. Prices are supply/demand and tend to shoot up in times of crisis, just like gasoline. Not an issue if you're reasonably prepared. While the Memphis area doesn't usually get real cold, ice storms will cripple the infrastructure for days at a time.

Same here. I rarely bought anything gun related from them, but I did buy shoes, camping stuff, canoe stuff, golf stuff, bicycle stuff, baseball stuff, etc.. Not anymore. Now I drive more than twice as far to Academy. Their prices are generally better anyway.

Shoulder holster? I'm not a big fan of them generally due to draw/holster muzzle direction issues, but it seems the best option since you can't wear a belt. Just practice a lot and slowly to make sure you're not gonna shoot yourself in the chest.

Check for Vacuum leaks. Likely source is the intake boots between the carbs and cylinder. Could also be cracked covers on the sides of the carbs. Could also be abnormally high idle speed because of other issues. Does it start cold and idle with no choke?

I suppose it's possible that he notified the carrier and the employee he dealt was unaware of the policy or chose to ignore it, and falsified the documentation and shipped it anyway. In that case, its possible he might not be found at fault while the employee would be terminated and possibly criminally charged. That's the only loophole I can think of.

My cousins were unofficial missionaries in Bishkek Kyrgyzstan for 6-8 years about a decade ago. That's even further from Pakistan than where these 2 went.
