If they drive to work or school every day, yes. If they occasionally need to drive somewhere, maybe not. I presume you're thinking that not telling them is fraud. I'd be curious to see any case law that provides some guidance as to what frequency of use distinguishes between normal and occasional use.

Yes, that's backwards. The paper (which is more than just paper, it's a vapor barrier) always faces toward the heated space, regardless of where it's installed. I'm no expert, but I don't think there's a requirement to insulate anywhere. Most heat is lost through the ceiling and walls, so those are most commonly insulated. My house didn't have insulation in the floors or a vapor barrier in the crawl space when I bought it 13 years ago, it's 25 years old now. I installed both, and more attic insulation, and immediately noticed a difference in how the house felt inside and my AC bill dropped noticeably. I paid someone to do the insulation as they charged me less to install it than I could buy the insulation for.

The floor insulation was installed backwards, the facing always goes toward the inside of the home. That's likely the biggest part of the problem. Completing the vapor barrier will help. You'll also need to check for mold and rot in the subfloor. If the closets stay closed all the time, lack of airflow contributes to moisture build-up. If the closets are on an exterior wall, the temperature difference will also contribute.

.... because we make lots of money when you add them...

Is there a vapor barrier (plastic sheeting) on the ground in the crawl space? Is the fiberglass insulation faced with the backing toward the floor (up)? Any wet spots under the house or drainage issues around the house?

First vehicle I drove was our 76 Chevy van, two-tone green. Great for a teenage boy's self esteem. And all that stuff you're thinking about a mattress or hot tub in the back.... yeah, no. The first car I bought myself was a 98 Saturn SL2. Great little car, fun with the 5-speed. Wish I hadn't sold it.

You've already done the best thing... go to a well stocked store and see what fits and what doesn't. Most AR pattern rifles are going to be the same. You can add butt pads to increase length of pull if necessary.

I've read a few books recently, and it seems most of the classic old west pistoleros carried 4-8 pistols with 1-2 long guns in scabbards when mounted. That's a formidable amount of firepower readily at hand.

Heres something to think about... car insurance is on the car, not the driver. If you borrow someone's car and wreck it, their insurance covers it, not yours. You might be a nice guy and pay their deductible but the owner of the car is responsible. It's possible their insurance company could sue you for the damages. Depending on the details of the auto policy and how frequently they use the vehicle, you may not need to pay the absurd rates for kids.

$118 per year or month? I think my insurance was about that much monthly. No way I could afford that and a car on my high school part time job money.

I had a choice... Dad said I could drive the POS he provided or I could buy and insure my own POS. Guess what I chose...

I work with several people who drive duallys every day because they haul their camper or ATV trailer 50 miles twice a year. I work with at least one person who does drive a dually just because.

That airliner is probably 6-8 miles away when it blows. And there's nothing to say it's engines exploded. It could have been just fire due to the fuel tanks being blown apart as the wings disintegrated. -

Look carefully at this picture. There are lots of shrapnel holes in the fuselage, and they're all from the outside inward. Just like a proximity detonation of a SAM. -

True. They manufacture Russian designed weapons on Russian made equipment, bought with money we gave them. Yay us. -
Welcome! I was a member at Wilderness Road when I lived in Church Hill. Looks like they've made some improvements over the years.

Russians say anything? Nope. Sell Iran even more weapons? Yep. -

Heh... I looked at the price of a gallon of milk. $2.19 in 2003, $4.07 in 2019 is what my 10 second google search found. If the military has increased in size during that time, then that's certain to cost more. -
We have 3 at work, the newest can print 2 different plastics simultaneously so we can do dissolvable or meltable bridging. They get a lot of use making all sorts of fixtures.

That's only slightly more than normal inflation. Stuff doubles in price about every 20 years.
