I wasted a PTO day. The radar showed it snowing here at 7am, I didn't see the first flurry until 11am. There's a couple inches here in murvul now and its still coming down, but its definitely not as much as I'd hoped for. My boys got out and played in it for a little while but there wasn't enough to sled on.

Just keep in mind that even an 18" shotgun can be unwieldy inside a house. The shot pattern will only be a couple inches at 30 ft.

True story, heard first hand... my parents' rich friends had a fancy sailboat, the kind you sail from FL to the Bahamas in the winter. The man woke in the middle of the night to sounds of a row boat while anchored off some island. He got his rifle (with a laser) and quietly went up on deck. In the moonlight, he sees a row boat headed directly toward him from shore. He hits the laser and puts it in the water next to the boat and slowly moves it onto the rower. The rower's cadence increases dramatically as the boat performs an about-face and heads for shore. He waits a long moment and turns the laser off. They moved the boat somewhere else at sunrise.

So you're assuming that the NFA also goes away along with its enforcement arm? I'm not sure that's how it would happen. I didn't see anything in that article about what happens with the A, T, and E parts of their responsibilities. Those will have to be addressed as I don't think anyone really wants unregulated explosives.
