Cool. I may or may not have dispatched an untold number of nuisance squirrels using CB's growing up in a subdivision. I bought a pellet gun for that purpose now, and it's louder than the CB's.

Note that the hospitals here haven't been anywhere near capacity in the past 4 months. Most have been virtually empty. Given that society has been reopened for 2 weeks, if sick people aren't flocking to the hospitals now, I doubt they will.

We had a couple for a week back in April, but none since. Need to clean the feeders again.

As I understand it, the tickle your brain nasal swab only tests for live virus. So if you've already had it and recovered (with or without symptoms) you test negative unless you've come in contact again. I'd presume a 2nd (or 3rd, or 4th,....) positive test would be asymptomatic and mean you've picked it up somewhere. The antibody test is what tests for immunity, and I dont think those results are what's being reported. If antibody test results are being included, then the data is even more cloudy. Antibodies just mean your body is prepared to fight it off before you come in contact. They don't magically make the virus disappear. It's still there its just easier for your immune system to destroy. Antibodies are like being in a fox hole with a minigun and a pallet of ammo knowing exactly where the enemy line is. The moment they charge, you pop a flare and start mowing them down. You still might break a sweat and have to duck while reloading, but the outcome is clear. No antibodies is like walking down a dark alley and the BG grabs you from behind. The fight is on, the outcome is uncertain.

I'm curious why folks are getting tested. Are they sick or just paranoid? My sister-in-law got tested but it turned out she had mono instead. I wish they would distinguish between those with symptoms and those without.

I've no idea how people manage tiny trailers they can't see. I should probably learn to use my mirrors more than I do, but my utility trailer is 4ft wide and hard to see in the side mirrors until it's already headed the wrong way. Its got a rear ramp gate that I can more easily see when looking over my shoulder.

When the wheelbase of the tow vehicle is the same or longer than the distance from the rear axle to the trailer axle (essentially the trailer wheelbase), it can be very hard to back up. Short tow vehicle + long trailer = easy. Long tow vehicle + short trailer = hard. Could also be that the hitch on the Tundra is off center, but I wouldn't expect that. Distance from the rear axle to the hitch ball also affects the trailer. A long rear overhang makes backup more difficult.

I'll ask a silly question... why would one remove the buffer tube to clean it? I don't shoot nearly as much as some, but removing the buffer tube for cleaning has never crossed my mind.

You mean it won't close fully? Can't push the pins back in? Remove the BCG and try again.

With snubby revolvers, sometimes the muzzle/cylinder blast is as or more objectionable than the recoil. The first thing we rented when shopping for my wife was a. 38 snubby. She hated it, and so did I. Not horrible outdoors, but it was terrible at an indoor range. I found the 4" .357 nicer to shoot than the .38 snubby.

We lost our 17 yr old dog from arthritis, epilepsy, and CHF a few years ago. Thankfully our vet experience was ok. This little guy showed up about month ago.

Have someone else do it. Longer trailers are easier than short ones.
