I didn't mean to come across as a dig on you. I just got aggravated reading that pathetic attempt at journalism. One of the best features of the USA is freedom of religion, be it a mainstream one or not. I got the vibe that the author somehow decided that because these folks are a fringe Christian group, they intentionally burned down a bunch of houses. The only supporting facts he/she presents are completely irrelevant.

That's because the traffic and rain will wash most of it into the sewer before it starts snowing. The only thing that accomplishes is rusting cars, drain pipes, and polluting the waterways. But they have to appear to be doing something.

That article is almost complete speculation and the group's religion is irrelevant. They've narrowed it down to one area and a shed fire was reported there, those are the only pertinent facts. Whether those people claim to be Christian, Buddhists, or Martians has no bearing on anything. The majority of that article is a poorly disguised attack on a religious group.

And as expected, it's all gone now.

I think Alabama and Georgia both took their foot off the gas a bit and started rotating kids once they were well in control. Both games could have been 50-3. There was a notable absence of late game cramps and "injuries" that tend to occur in close games. And UT got totally screwed. Several of those PI calls and that TD.... that was really, really bad.

This. Glad they're safe. Stuff can be replaced.

Bent rear sight? It wouldn't take much to snag it on something and tweak it. I assume you've checked the barrel for any nicks.

With all the rain, I bet Burgess Falls is roaring. You may not be able to get down to it. Also recommend Mama Rosa's in Cookeville.

If you're sick, seek treatment sooner rather than later. If you're not sick, don't stress about it.

And there's a camera setting to not include location data with pictures. It works on my phone as the exif data only shows the date/time, phone model, exposure settings, file size, etc..

Agreed. Folks don't realize the extent of their jurisdiction, and they way overreach in some instances.

It clearly says "report your harvest using the app with or without cell service". There's only 1 way it's doing that. I'm sure the intent is so they can monitor populations and such, but its certainly also capable of providing incriminating evidence, and I'm sure they wouldn't hesitate to use it.

It's a legal system, not a justice system. You get all the justice you can afford. Sad but true. All the more motivation to not get into that mess to begin with.

Easy enough to block the app from using your location. Assuming you have something to hide.

So then that puts more work on the defense attorney to figure out how to weed those folks out of the jury pool. I've found that process interesting/entertaining in the couple times I've gotten to jury selection.

Find someone who has fryer and the oil. Neither are cheap for a one-off.

Dad fixed his nearly world famous shrimp and grits. His recipe is unique. I really like shrimp and grits and try it when restaurants offer it, but I've never had it like he makes it. He added scallops to it because my older boy loves them.

This is Shadow, we got him from friends who unexpectedly had puppies. I call him the galloping goober.

Yep, my bike is 2" from the front, the right side is inaccessible because of the mower, and I can't open the left side doors all the way because of the yard tools. But it fits. My wife's van is accessible all the way around and there's room to open the hatch with the garage door closed. Growing up, our garage was always Dad's wood shop. We never parked cars in it. So one of my priorities was to be able to park my car in my garage, once I got one.

Hopefully your friend gets a good attorney and can get the charges back to something more reasonable. Murder seems a reach, but that's a bad situation for everyone.
