  1. Not super close by, but the Brushy Mtn state pen is around there. The tour is fascinating.
  2. Likely narrowed a little, just like the modern version of railroad service trucks. And there's this.... https://papersourceonline.com/roman-horses-butts-designed-space-shuttles/
  3. Thanks Ray, I think we'll have fun with it. Nice to meet you.
  4. I use smugmug. It isn't free but I can offer a discount code if you're interested.
  5. I think the darker color and not "slim fit" help a lot. I also like the "life is good" shirts. My wife likes them so that's what tends to appear in my t-shirt drawer. I'm a little shorter at 5'7" so finding one that's big enough around but doesn't look comically long unucked is my main challenge.
  6. Double tap.
  7. Or 3rd one says the glass is twice as big as it needs to be.
  8. Since this is from the driver's seat, I suspect hvac. Can you hear it under the hood or just inside? Hvac on/off do anything? Engine hot or cold? Ambient temp hot or cold? My wife's Sienna makes a ticky, gurgly noise in the dash at cold start. I've determined it's the heater core warming up. I think a bubble forms in there when it's parked and it takes a bit for it to work it's way out. Turning the the cabin temp full hot makes it go away faster.
  9. Probably nothing. Maybe a can, maybe an SBR. Definitely not a MG.
  10. Love the turret sitting on inflatable wire spoked wheels.
  11. Career students, educated far beyond their intelligence.
  12. I need to start a business there selling roo bumpers for their cars.
  13. None of them backed up, just to be sure. Rule #2: Double Tap.
  14. Beautiful place, love the wide plank floors.
  15. Our pastor wrote this one and we played it Sunday. I thought it was a really good song.
  16. I don't doubt that the technology used was the best possible option. That doesn't mean the best possible option is any good. I'll add that many people who've experienced this latest round (me included) have noted that it came, went, and came back before it it was gone.
  17. I'm not a virologist nor did I stay at a holiday Inn express last night, but here's my swag at it..... 1) The test isn't especially accurate for a variety of reasons. I've seen accuracy numbers from the mid 60% up to 90%. From a statistical data analysis perspective, even 90% is really bad. No reasonable statistician would use test data at less than 99.5% accuracy. 2) Because having the virus and having symptoms are two different things. You and I might test positive for measles and polio today, but we have no symptoms because our immune system is successfully fighting it off. That said, it seems the human immune system doesn't work exactly how we thought or have been told. Perhaps how this virus is running isn't a surprise to someone more educated in such things. I would be utterly shocked [#sarcasm] to learn that we've been given an oversimplified explanation all these years to placate us.
  18. Pig, groundhog, ork, .... something like that.
  19. EV tax credits expired in 2019. There is a bill in process to bring them back. If the bill doesn't include a retroactive provision, EV sales will crash until the bill gets signed.
  20. Friend of mine swapped almost the entire interior out of a dealer test drive car many years ago. It was a higher trim level than his car.
  21. The jack wagon who changed the timing belt on my wife's van the first time did that to the harmonic balancer bolt. The 2nd time was a nightmare. Couldn't use much heat due to nearby crank seal. Took 3 days to get it out.
