Also ask about item or category coverage limits for your homeowners. A minor gun/art/jewelry/instrument/tool collection will likely exceed the coverage limit for those and require a separate policy if you want them insured for full value. Make sure they explain "replacement value" coverage limits. For example... A 2000sqft house burns to the point where it's better to bulldoze it and start over. Building a modest house will cost $200/sqft so $400k. Does the policy cover clearing the site ($25k)? Is that cost included in the total number? If not, then you only have $375k left to replace your $400k house. What about the stuff inside (see above)?

If you're not found criminally liable, you can't be sued in civil court in TN.

It's just extra liability coverage above normal. Call your agent and ask what's covered and what's not. I got it mostly for/because of my kids. If something bad were to happen and i got sued, the $500k limit doesn't go very far. On that topic, the $1M coverage limit for a church security team seems very low, especially for an organization. A friend had a girl on the back of his motorcycle. The rear caliper broke, locked the wheel, and they went down. She got rashed pretty bad. She sued him for $2M.

You can also get a personal umbrella liability policy as an add-on to your homeowners, usually for a modest rate. It'll cover more than these gun specific policies.

It's quite interesting this year. Of the remaining undefeated teams, only Oregon has beaten a top 25 opponent, and only 1 at that. I think the "strength of schedule" factor needs a reset at about week 8 or 10. All the prior games need to be reevaluated at that point. It takes that long to really figure out who's good and who's just posing. It's easy to keep your team confident and healthy when you play a bunch of jr. college teams for 90% of your season.

Find the right DMV and you could get a plate for it.

Mix baking soda, peroxide, and dawn dish soap, and scrub. Took at least 2 rounds to get the stink off our dogs.

...with a big garage full of fast cars and motorcycles behind it.

It's the same in most every big name school. I've seen it at every game ive attended. There's always some number of fans who are just nasty. Then they sing in church on Sunday and back to their desk job on Monday.

Call the DA's office. Its not the police department's job to understand or interpret the nuances of law. They just do what they're told.

It's Halloween season, both are readily available.

Find your local reenactment groups. They'll likely have the best sources. -
Welcome! There's a cruise in at Foothills mall on Friday evenings.

Then dress like Mick. Or Stevie, either would work.

That's what mine looks like. Mine is also a couple years old so they may not make it anymore. Don't plug 2 phones in at the same time, it's super slow.

I have a Anker A2421 solar panel that works fine on the few occasions I've used it. I've also got an Anker Powercore 20000 power bank and another no name power bank, both of which also work fine. They'll charge 2 phones from nearly dead on the juice they hold, and they hold that juice for a long time. The power banks charge a phone much faster than the solar panel. The panel is much lighter (think hiking) than a power bank. All of these came from amazon at different times.

And it's optics ready too. Unfortunately 3 sets of tires in the last 3 months has severely depleted the fun money fund.

I don't care about either team, but that was a great game to watch. Congrats to Vandy, they earned it.

Just like the hunting and fishing regulations. They're so complicated it takes lawyers to sort them out. If it was simple, what would the lawyers do?

It's important to know if the church school is really a school. My former church hosts a preschool that is called a school, advertised as a school, but is not a school as defined by the law.

Thanks for the review. I wish they made a 4" barrel version of the Max 9.

My teenagers solved it just fine.

Heard from my family in upstate SC. They're all ok, no flood damage but no power. Trees down everywhere, not likely to get power back for several days. Here's some perspective on the Nolichucky dam... Typical flow appears to be about 600 cuft/s. The gauges quit working at 50,000 cuft/s... 100x normal flow. That's a LOT of water. https://waterdata.usgs.gov/monitoring-location/03466500/#parameterCode=00060&period=P7D&showMedian=false Another thought... I'd assume none of these people have flood insurance. We don't.
