Exactly. I think I would've politely pressed the issue of disarming "for the officer's safety" which is utter nonsense. I'll give you mine if you give me yours... haha. Does your gun normally go off while it's in a holster? Mine doesn't either, so wouldn't it be best for it to stay where it is? You want to take my gun for your safety? I want to leave it where it is for everyone's safety. I'll let you touch it, but you gotta buy me dinner first. haha Ever had an accidental discharge? Me neither, so let's leave it where it is and keep the streak alive. And so on...

Wow is right! Though.... when I see stuff like this I have to wonder what the family's thought process is. That's more than enough stuff to make a fine museum collection that could be enjoyed by many for years to come. But now it'll just get scattered to the wind. It's certainly theirs to do with as they please, but it makes me kinda sad.

Congrats! Get ready for everything to change for the better (mostly ).

Your definition of wrong is wrong, and I can assure you I'm not wrong in that regard. Bye bye now.

Why do you insist on calling people's friends or family liars? This is the 3rd time I've seen lately, one of them was me. A course list is far from a syllabus, which could also be far from what's actually taught in the class. Unless you've got your class notes from when you were there, a course list is meaningless.

So we saw it at the IMAX theater this afternoon. The theater was less than 1/4 full, but it was a beautiful afternoon so I'm sure that had something to do with it. Great movie. Took me a bit to figure out that all the stories are happening simultaneously.

I don't believe there's any restrictions on sights or optics of any sort.

A 97 year old vet who was evacuated saw it. His reaction is awesome. http://faithtap.com/8222/brave-dunkirk-veteran-weeps-at-movie-theatre-after-watching-film/?utm_source=gv&utm_medium=Facebook&utm_campaign=main&src=gv

Convicted felon named Fellony charged with numerous felonies.

My Aunt (also a teacher) had twin brothers named Orangejello and Lemonjello. Think hillbilly French pronunciation. A friend's wife works in the neonatal unit of a hospital. She says it's practically daily that some couple names their kid Neveah or something like that thinking is so cute and original. The nurses are like yeah, you're only the 4th one this week. Her best story is a couple who wanted to name their daughter Deliverytruck. Pronounced del-li-vee-trik. The nurse took the paperwork and made it halfway down the hall before turning around. She walked back into the room and said "it's your business if you want that beautiful little girl to go through life named delivery truck, but I'm not putting my name on the paperwork. I'll just leave this here so you can think about it and maybe ask someone else to file it for you." They changed their mind, and thanked her the next day. -

I can't really disagree with this. About 10 years ago a culture of persecution came down in this area. That's one of the reasons why I've gotten away from the sport riding scene. The standard assumption is "that idiot on the bike did something wrong". That's a shame given the millions of tourist dollars brought in by motorcyclists, though I'll also openly concede that many bring it on themselves. -

That the woman turned left in front of the bike and the rider is the one being charged is telling. -

I'll be happy if we just reinstate Mr. Darwin. -
Isn't that the definition of marriage?

Geese get used to the fake noise maker stuff pretty quickly. There's not much you can do if you're not there very often. Got neighbors with a dog that'll run them off?

Mine has done fairly well. Cucumbers have been great, okra is in full swing, and we've gotten one pie pumpkin with 2 more on the vine. Might have a couple cantaloupes in another week or two. I've lost one tomatoe and have a couple others suffering from blight. Harvest has been mediocre on the others. The zucchini produced well but then died suddenly, no idea why. I intend to plant green beans where the zucchini was. Oh yeah, and the jalapeño has been going gangbusters and the peppers are smokin hot. The plant has been nearly overwhelmed by the pumpkin vine, but it's still making peppers like crazy. No idea why they're so much hotter this year, as the last couple years they were about as spicy as carrots.

Higher is better unless the ride is unbearable. I used to run 50psi unloaded to take the edge off.
