Thanks for the info! My Rover is stock, no lift kit, but it's very capable:cool:. I found their website and read their rules... #8 sticks out: "Firing of weapons is strictly prohibited" Damn! It didn't saying anything about guns prohibited though. Looks fun. I'll have to check it out soon.

Yes! After the first shot, I heard the guy in the lane next to me say "What was that?" Another one behind me said he could feel each shot! Don't expect to see me every weekend at the range as ammo is expensive. But if I'm able to make it to one of these "shoot 'em ups", I'll bring it out for "show and tell"

I've had Sprint, Verizon, T-Mobile, and AT&T. T-Mobile only worked near a major city. Sprint's customer service sucks! I travel a lot and have found AT&T to have the best phone coverage. Their 3G coverage is horrible so I have Verizon USB broadband on my laptop.

I prefer the late 60's early 70's and, strange as it may seem, a Pacer! Months ago on ebay, I saw a 1970 Fury 2 door, with no options (no power steering, no power brakes, column shift) I wanted it. But the bidding went thru the roof and it would be about $800 to ship it, so I didn't get it. Nicest old car I had was a 1965 Mercury Parklane, 390ci/300hp, Merco-O-Matic trans. factory AM radio, floor vents (why did they quit making them?) And my favorite.... the power rear window!!:D

Got it back from the gunsmith and went to Sevier Indoor. That's the fastest I've gone thru a $42 box of ammo! Shot perfect. Didn't jam at all. Very accurate gun. Definitely an attention getter. I don't think the recoil is any worse than a .45 though

Take a look at gunbroker. They usually start at $800 (reserve not met) and usually go for at least $1000+ Kinda hard to give a range report when it kept jamming up. But trust me, I can't wait to get back out there with it!

Just got back from Sevier indoor range. What a kick! And a nice flame on each shot! very accurate as well. Only problem was it kept jammin on me. Tried the other magazine and same thing. So I dropped it off at a gunsmith. He said there's quite a bit of carbon and is going to clean it and polish the ramp but overall the gun looked in good shape. Can't wait to take it out next weekend. Ammo is definitely not cheap!

I asked the sales guy about that and he said "good luck!" Maybe if I gain some weight, I would have a place to hide it. But I would love to see the reactions i would get with open carry! ;) I've been looking for a long time.... so has my Uncle. I called him awhile ago and he said if I ever want to get rid of it to call him first!

Went to the Sevier gun show and glad I did. Saw a Desert Eagle (used) but traded a couple guns and got it! Been wanting to buy one but $1500 for a new one is not in my budget. Can't wait to try it out!! :up:

A new administration can blame the previous... up to a point. The Democrats have controlled both chambers since '06 and Obama has been president for over a year now so as far as I'm concerned, the blame game is over. This is his economy. For what it's worth, I did see an article (forgot where) that went even further back and blamed everything on Reagan!
