  1. Well since Land Rover doesn't make a pickup, I'll just stick with towing a trailer.
  2. Yup. When I was in the Air Force, the sound of those F-16's taking off every day was the sound of freedom.
  3. Soon the Dodge owners will chime in...
  4. Got an email that they're headed to the presses. Anxiously awaiting tracking number....
  5. I'd go thru the hoops to get it if I could. I have a LOT of relatives up there. I used to live there years ago and it was easy to get an FOID card. Only took about a week. Couldn't carry but at least I could have a gun. The taxes and cost of living there have gone thru the roof. Get rid of Chicago and it would be a decent state. Same with NY, get rid of everything south of I-84 and it would be decent (except for Nov-Feb).
  6. My bad. I should've said that SC residents ( and also HI, NM, & VA) can get a non resident permit for Illinois. https://www.ispfsb.com/Public/similarsummary.pdf
  7. Oh, I know.... I use to live in that commie state. I remember the application with the reference cards. But I'll give them an "E" for effort. At least they're doing something positive instead of searching vehicles for guns and throwing them in jail.
  8. Not me. I can think of better ways to spend my money. Besides, I think I only recognized 2 bands out of the lineup.
  9. Aren't reciprocity laws great? TN can carry in SC, IL can carry in SC, SC can carry in IL, TN can't carry in IL, but IL can carry in TN.
  10. Just have to meet certain criteria. http://www.wbng.com/news/local/Broome-and-Susquehanna-County-Sheriffs-create-pistol-permit-agreement--376279971.html It's a step in the right direction but I seriously doubt it will "take a few weeks to be looked over." NY residents won't be pleased if non residents can get a permit that quick while residents can wait sometimes up to a year to get one. Just wonder how long the whole thing will last until Chairman Cuomo shuts it down.
  11. Just a thought.... got a cat?
  12. Just ordered 3 of the 20oz and shipping cost is $8.25 which is a good deal IMHO.
  13. Agree on the bonfire. Trim some trees, who cares if they're green? Gas...match... enjoy!
  14. Memphis is better because they don't have this going on (that I know of) http://biid.lsa.umich.edu/
  15. Might be one of them (Nick) really soon. He stayed behind to be with the walkers and Chris & Travis are off on their own. Maybe Strand and Madison can throw Alycia overboard and sail off into the sunset.. Season over! Only problem is they renewed for a third season so don't know what they have in mind but I like my ending better. We won't know til August but by then, I think the majority will say "this show is still on?" IMHO, Better Call Saul is about the only thing worth a crap on AMC. Don't even get me started on Preacher.
  16. Just do like Jimmy on "Better Call Saul." He took the tire iron and chiseled out the cup holder so his coffee cup would fit.
  17. Lost 35lbs so far. Been doing a lot of walking. Finally decided to go to that 7 islands birding park off exit 402. Over 8 miles of trails. Not too far from me and good exercise. Got a Dr's appointment in 2 weeks to make sure this low calorie diet isn't messing up my cholesterol, sugar levels, etc.
  18. Agree on the RTIC. I prefer the 20oz but won't say no to the 30oz. 2nd choice would be the Orca. If ordering more will get the price down by a noticeable amount then I would gladly order 3.
  19. Now with the shirts and tumblers, we'll have no problem spotting a TGO'er at any event.
  20. I think they're trying to outdo NY http://www.gunrights4illinois.com/blog/share-webpage-click-urgent-alert-bill-shut-gun-shops-move-urgent-alert-action-needed-bill-shut/
  21. And made in USA! Order placed.
  22. Good opening scene. It was mentioned on the talking dead that Madison would like to be the Rick Grimes of this show.
