Adrenaline is a hell of a drug. I'm impressed he was able to hang on that long. I'm blown away neither thought to check if he was strapped in before taking off.

I haven't had cable in almost a decade. Obviously I don't miss it. My generation is also being blamed for killing cable which I'm fine with. We have Netflix and it provides more than enough entertainment for only ~$15/month. They have really stepped up their game in the past few years with Netflix exclusive series. If you have Amazon Prime you also get access to their streaming service. We actually cancelled our Prime but I know some people like Amazon streaming a lot.

It's a new indoor Range/Store off Lovell Rd called Shoot Point Blank. Near Cotton Eyed Joe. It's nice but expensive. It was packed too. Every lane was full.

I took 3 friends from Spain shooting today. Two live here and the other was visiting the US for the first time(I think we gave him a proper TN introduction) It was actually his idea. We went to Shoot Point Blank and I brought my Glock 17 and Sig MPX. 200 rounds of 9mm-$80 Gas for the trip-$5 Watching 3 Europeans grin from ear to ear after shooting-PRICELESS. They had a ton of questions and did a great job listening to my instructions. I think they all preferred the MPX. When I first took it out of the case they let out a collective "ooooahhh".. I'm sure that means badass in Spanish.

You cannot give a gun to someone that lives in another state unless it goes through an FFL. You would have to ship it to an FFL down there. Or if you wait until you pass I think he could inherit them without an FFL. At least that's how I recall it. @dralarms, I thought the inheritance only applied after passing? I may be wrong though.

I leave a G21 in my truck. It's not ideal but I've found a pretty good hiding spot for it. I also work in a place that's very unlikely to have people breaking into cars. I can't carry at work and I don't want to drive around unarmed so what should I do? When I go someplace more risky I don't leave it in the truck. At night, I park in my garage(this is that room attached to most houses with the roll up door. Most people use it for junk).

That's such a horrible thing to do to someone and a horrible way to go. Stories like this have me considering term life insurance so my wife will be taken care of. You really never know what tomorrow may bring.

Does it look like the bullet struck the top of the slide first before coming to a rest where it is in the picture? I don't know that mark would be if not.

I doubt anyone cares but my Florida permit arrived yesterday. Apparently they have a very low bar for fingerprints. I'm amazed they accepted the ones I sent because they looked like they were done by a child. It took 2 months which is a lot longer than TN.

Yep. I pointed this out recently that we were all excited about HPA, NFA repeal, etc. To my knowledge, not a single bill was brought to a vote. You can't blame the RINO's when no one even attempts to pass anything.
