You're right. My wife works for a title company here in town and they have had record breaking months every month, since April. It's absolute madness right now. She's currently working on 150+ closings. That's just her and doesn't include the rest of the people in her office. I'm enjoying her bonuses but she's about to pull her hair out.

I see far more "conspiracy theories" started from Conservative media then repeated on this forum. Trump himself loves to do this. The latest is the Kamala birther issue. A few weeks ago the media was predicting Trump would try to delay the election and Conservatives freaked out, fake news etc. Not long after that Trump actually sends out a tweet suggesting we should delay the election . Of course he was immediately condemned by both the left and the right. So it turns out their "conspiracy theory" wasn't that crazy after all. There is plenty of B.S to go around on both sides.

The Cali bashing always cracks me up. We need @MacGyver to remind everyone they are the worlds 4th largest economy and grow a huge amount of our produce. If they go down, I cannot imagine it would be good for the rest of us. Also, CA has a ton of Conservatives. 4.5 million voted for Trump in 2016. There are a lot of good people in the state and Fox news only shows the most bizarre, otherwise it wouldn't be news.

Having watched this guys comments over the last several months this doesn't surprise me at all.

My wife and I are in the same boat. I was recently quoted $150-$225 sq. foot for building. The big range depends on what exactly we have done to the house. A few years ago $200K would get you a nice home in Knoxville. Now that $200K house needs at least $50K in renovations. Also, lots are getting extremely expensive here. That's the other problem with building.

I'm actually really well set on mags. I'm pretty sure I have more than I will use in my lifetime. I have an entire box of PMAGS still in their wrappers. I figured if we ever have a magazine ban they will be worth a fortune. I pray that doesn't happen though. David has good advice though. If you don't have a bunch of mags for each gun, now is the time.

I'm curious how the law and order crowd will react. I'm seeing mixed responses online. If that AG can prove everything in that lawsuit then every one of them need to be in prison. My guess is that they will get a slap on the wrist. Hopefully the NRA will survive and end up better as a result but I have my doubts.

Interesting to see cases go down a few weeks after the mask mandate. Obviously we can't prove the masks are helping but it certainly hasn't made things worse.

That would be incorrect. PLENTY of people took that video serious. My mom sent it to me yesterday and said "DID YOU SEE THIS!!!?". It had nearly 20 million views.

I feel like he was one of the first guys I watched when first getting into firearms. He seemed like a genuine guy I would have enjoyed being around.
