  1. If it is a properly posted sign then you can't carry there. If it just says no guns allowed, or no concealed carry then you are allowed to carry there, though obviously you won't want to open carry there. I don't know of any loopholes but someone else might correct me on that one. Ohshoot will probably chime on on this, he is pretty resourceful when it comes to topics regarding the law.

  3. It shouldn't be hard at all, that's the only point I was trying to make. There are a million ways they could have named them that would be easier to distinguish.
  4. haha, they only teach that to the marketing majors
  5. The examples I provided would disagree with that. But I do see what your saying, S&W has a million models. I just think Glock could have done a better job. How about caliber and then Small Medium Large G26= G9S G19=G9M G27=G40S G23= G40m Agree with you on Sig though, the majority of the guns(p238 excluded) are pretty confusing
  6. thanks. OS is gonna tear me apart for that one
  7. All they need is gun magazines? I wouldn't mind helping out.
  8. OS, I can never tell if you are being serious or sarcastic. Who/what is Gaston?
  9. I don't think that was the idea.
  10. It's also ironic that the gun-shows have "no concealed carry" posted on the doors. Give me a break, when I drive to downtown Knoxville I'm packing and I'm not going to leave my gun in the car. I would bet most of the people at the gun shows carry anyways.
  11. nah, I need to wait till at least noon:cool:
  12. Nope, I really didn't know. Thanks for the info. I still think it's a horrible way to name them.
  13. epic failure:wall:
  14. ....
  15. that thing looks like a pancake! Are they actually comfortable?
  16. I just joined!
  17. I know I need to join, don't have much on an excuse really...:-\ I just remember last time I was going to join it was somewhat expensive. But I guess I just need to suck it up and DO IT!
  18. ok cool, which model? or maybe there is only one? I'll look into it thanks.
  19. beautiful truck! I gave my moms benz a wash/wax/claybar today! You just need to black the tires on that thing!
  20. My dad has a Ruger SR9 and in a few weeks his HCP should arrive. I'm wanting to get him a holster as a "congrats on finally getting your permit". He says he is only going to keep the gun in his car and that he doesn't plan on carrying much but hopefully I can change his mind. Any SR9 owners have a holster they would recommend? I'm wanting to keep in under $60-ish. I'm thinking IWB would be better for a gun that size. Thanks!
  21. FUPA^^^^^
  22. This sums up why everyone assumes all Tennesseans are redneck "country boys".
  23. and if it makes you feel any better, my sig p238 has had problems. I think it was just a faulty magazine but still annoying.
  24. I hope Kahr takes care of you. I really like the PM9 but for the price they charge I just can't justify buying one. Best of luck!
