Also take note that with a full magazine and 1 in the chamber the mag release is EXTREMELY STIFF. I have and XD 40 subcompact. The chance of you accidentally dropping the mag is extremely unlikely.

For my XD subcompact .40-Hornady TAP 180 grain. Only because they have them for a good price on Cabela's website.

ya that pretty much sucks. I converted a tackle box to a gun cleaning kit. It keeps it all organized and easy to carry around.

I have bought several hundred rounds of 380 off cabelas website. They are starting to get more and more in stock. It's cheaper online than it is at a store.

so far my best knife has been my Spyderco Tenacious. Has to be one of the best $30 knives available. I'm thinking about picking up a second one soon.

While this is unfortunate for your friend there are too many scenarios out there among criminals to where they should change the law. JMHO.
