  1. I own a couple semiautos but I find myself constantly wanting a revolver. I would like to be able to carry it in my pocket. So lets hear it!
  2. A friend of mine showed me this commercial on Youtube. Basically, it's just a bad*ss commercial. That is all. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JMRMW1FXSHw&feature=youtube_gdata
  3. I would have to agree. Keep in mind that the rental guns at Coal Creek see nearly 1,000,000 rounds through them....yes that's 1million. And this comes directly from their employees. Good luck with your purchase.
  4. Congratulations!
  5. Yessir. you like?
  6. I have a .380 size patch job in my bedroom wall. It was embarrassing but it honestly taught me a valuable lesson in gun safety. That Beretta now belongs to my dad
  7. I'm going to keep one, but I'll sell the other if you're interested. It's a clip point 1/2 serration
  8. No, it was my fault for not checking, it was a complete impulse buy, I guess I just expected jimping since it's such a common feature(and an important one IMHO). After trying the opening lug, you are correct, it works pretty well.
  9. I recently ordered 2 of the Recon 1 that were on sale and I'm not impressed. The locks are so tight on both that I almost have a blister from trying to unlock them. At one point, one of the knives got stuck open for a while until I beat it for a few minutes. They finally feel like they are getting better but I still think they have a horrible locking mechanism. Did anyone else have this problem? Also, the lack of jimping on the back of the blade is a downside in my opinion. Another negative I noticed is the pocket clip is so stiff it's almost unusable.

    Ruger LCR 38 Special

I don't wanna burst your bubble but I hear the LCR kicks like a mule. But worst case scenario your wife won't like it and then you can sell it to me
  11. That's actually a great idea. I'm going to swing by that Wal-Mart soon and see if he wants to go with me. Thanks bro!
  12. ....
  13. or this? someone ruined a perfectly good PPK
  14. what about this?
  15. Nicely done sir, nicely done!
  16. really? Knoxville Unitarian Universalist church shooting - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
  17. So lets see what you all think is the worst looking handgun of all time. My vote has to go to the Beretta Neos. Sorry OhShoot but this thing looks like something out of Star Trek. So lets see um?
  18. and I don't think many people carry are as worried about a shoot out in a restaurant as they are getting robbed to or from there car. I've said this in other threads. I work in a restaurant that was robbed at gun point by 2 thugs late one night about a year ago. This new law is a blessing for people such as myself.
  19. here is the deal. If you go back and look at that map in the other thread and see how many states already allow carry where alcohol is served, you can see that if there were a large amount of problems caused by it then we would hear about it all the time. Get over it, it's not going to be a problem....
  20. fair enough, but isn't the .45 pretty "mighty" as well?
  21. Ok, so I've been wondering this for while now. I don't know near as much about ballistics as some of the other members on here so I figured I would just ask. they make: 9mm+p 45+P .38 special +P and even .380+P So why no .40 +p? Just curious, I'm sure someone can give me a quick answer.
  22. Whoops! I was reading that from my Droid and missed the part about alcohol. Thought the OP was just asking if you could carry at all in S.C. My bad
