Mike, I haven't had any problems from my Gen 4 26 either. I have probably 400 rounds through it give or take. For me, I think 300-400 rounds through a gun is enough to prove it is reliable, especially for a Glock. Just be sure to test your carry ammo also.

I had the the Monsoon gear slinger and did not care for it at all. I used it a few times when hiking and although it was nice that you could access the pack without taking it off, it didn't disperse the weight evenly. I found it to be extremely uncomfortable. YMMV

I have actually carried it on both sides. But honestly I don't plan on carrying this bag much. It is more of a "go" bag then anything. I rides on my passenger seat and I'll be using it at the beach in a few weeks.

hickok45 has already done 2 videos with his new SR1911. I haven't see the 2nd video yet but he loved the gun from what I've seen. This might be the first 1911 I purchase.
