  1. this is what I did when at UT. And I still carry pepper spray every day. Saber makes a really small container than I carry in my front pocket. I consider it to be just as important as my firearm honestly.
  2. those girls are complete trash. I would have enjoyed giving them a dose of Freeze +P to the face. No way I could sit by and watch something like that happen. No way I would have drawn my gun either. Pepper spray would have done the trick.
  3. man, just shows how little I know about hunting. I had no idea that black bears had a season. I didn't think you were allowed to kill them in this area.
  4. I remember those emails quite well. It pissed me off to no end when I went there. We can't even keep a gun in our vehicles. So not only are we stripped of our right to self defense while on campus, we can't even defend ourselves on the way to and from.
  5. very cool. Love the picture.
  6. I saw this on another forum and thought it was pretty cool. Southern Outdoor Life is now hosting his website so it wouldn't just disappear. Mouseguns.Com New Index
  7. Mine is running pretty fast today, much faster than last night.
  8. wait until you live in a town that small, you won't be able to fart without the whole town knowing within the hour.
  9. LMAO, since when is the Boro a big town? Glad your friend wasn't hurt but man he isn't very bright. Why would he chase after someone with a gun? Especially over $120.
  10. One thing I'm curious about, if this were to pass and we were allowed to carry in a state such as CA, would we have to leave our 15 round mags at home? I'm assuming the 10 round capacity would still apply to us. On the other hand, in Michigan all guns must be registered(or at least handguns?) however they make an exception for people visiting from other states. I don't see California making any exceptions though.
  11. I don't think anyone here will disagree with you but this is not the solution we need.
  12. Most of us here are opposed to this(including myself) or it at least makes us uneasy. However, on other forums most of the people are in huge support of it. The reason is, in TN we are allowed to carry in almost every state(38 now I think) while most of the other states are limited to much less.
  13. I know Botach has a horrible reputation but they are having a really good sale on Glock mags if anyone is interested. $19.98 with free shipping. The 33 rouders are only $7 more. Glock Magazines
  14. check out the top comment on the video. The kid is apparently doing pretty good. Glad to hear it.
  15. guys, keep your eyes posted on the classifieds. Allen will have it up for sale in no time knowing him...... Just kidding Allen. Very nice knife, I've been enjoying testing this one out.
  16. It makes me wonder if it really went to NJ or if that was a mistake....very strange.
  17. Well the ZT finally arrived today and I've spent the last hour or so checking it out. All I can say is wow! What a beast! This is a fantastic blade. ZT definitely makes a quality blade and everything about it feels pretty solid. Mac already gave a good summary of the knife so I'll just add my thoughts. There is no doubt that this knife could do just about anything I needed, if all else fails I could probably beat someone to death with it. I love the rapid deployment and it feels very balanced in my hand. That being said, I still consider this to be more of a "utility" folder(as some have already mentioned) and I feel like it would be best served when camping/hiking/SHTF. It's not a blade that I personally would want to carry everyday. It's just simply too heavy and too big. Everything about this knife is BIG, or maybe wide is a better description. Since I already carry so much stuff in my pockets I really need something smaller and lighter. The 350 is a knife I would definitely like to own for days when I'm going hiking or not carrying as much as I normally do. now, who's next? Neil?
  18. I know several people on Glocktalk have done it. I haven't heard anything negative. I would probably go with matching numbers as well.
  19. great gun and a great caliber. I'd love to have one but I'll have to start reloading before that happens.
  20. no it isn't. My brother lives just north of there and I visit often. That's why the locals call it Palmaghetto.
  21. I holster where the trigger is exposed is a terrible idea. Defeats the whole purpose IMO.
  22. I have a leather Amish Belt. Very nice for the money.
  23. Very nice! I always hear positive things about the Bersa's. Would love to have one.
  24. 7th grade social studies class in Lenoir City TN. I had no idea what the WTC was at the time but I knew the severity of the situation. My teacher did her best to explain the situation to us in between her tears. I'll never forget that.
  25. ??? I didn't mean to offend anyone. Just saying I can't imagine watching the whole thing over again. My apologies.
