The gen 4 and gen 3 triggers are the same. Nothing was changed to my knowledge. To the OP: A Glock trigger is obviously not going to be anything like a 1911, I'm sorry but you should have known that.

I found myself doing the exact same thing when I holster my G19/26. I don't do it on purpose but it does seem more natural.

I had one of the early p238's that I absolutely loved but it just wasn't reliable. I have heard that Sig addressed the issue with a new recoil spring and since then they are a much more reliable firearm. I was planning on buying another one until I heard that Sig is about to release the same gun in 9mm. That will be worth the wait to me.

I have never seen CR123A batteries at Wal-Mart which is weird because they are supposed to carry everything. FWIF I got a decent deal on a 12 pack of Streamlight 123 batteries on Amazon. I'>Amazon.com: Streamlight 85177 CR123A Lithium Batteries, 12-Pack: Home Improvementt looks like the price has gone up since I ordered mine a few months ago though. I'm not sure if they are any better or worse than Surefire batteries.

When I moved I specifically looked for mention of firearms in my lease. Then only thing it said was that I could not "discharge" firearms on the property. This is why it's a good idea to actually READ a contract before signing it. It sounds like you are SOL unfortunately.

the Badger grips are another option. They look wonderful but are probably not nearly as comfortable. Crimson Trace also makes grips for the Ruger.
