  1. That is still a big and bulky gun for carry IMO but if you are happy with it then that is all that matters. XD's a great guns.
  2. S&B 9mm on sale for $9.99 and free shipping on orders over $100 Deal ends tonight Cabela's: Sellier & Bellot Handgun Ammo
  3. I thought Memphis got snow last winter? Back in January or Februray. I remember seeing pictures and I thought you mentioned on here that your Jeep went through it like it was nothing.
  4. I always thought it was strange that West TN seems to get more snow than the rest of the state(minus the mountains). And I had to google Denmark TN to find out where it was, same county as Jackson.
  5. The fact that you have already looked into getting a cup holder just hours after buying the ATV is making me smile!
  6. Yes I am now a legal Fl resident. I might take a day trip up to Jacksonville and see what they have. Hard to believe in a town as big as Orlando we don't have very many gun stores, and unfortunately no Academy.
  7. Lenoir City PD issues Glock 22's.
  8. wow that sucks. I thought he was doing pretty good there. I imagine his lease was probably a fortune at that location though.
  9. I assume you mean P01? And I hope your kidding because I'm going to be pretty pissed if he is selling a P01 for that price. Speaking of Bill's Outpost, I heard the Farragut location closed. Is that true?
  10. I see no reason to buy it when I can buy the Federal instead. Federal is cheaper and I've never had a single malfunction. The few times I have purchased UMC I never had any issues.
  11. I understand what you guys are saying but I guess I just have a hard time understanding how the guns get so beat up. I've carried my G19 for almost 2 years now and I think I even dropped it once and it still looks almost new. I guess it's no different than some 1-2 year old cars I see that look horrible. People must really abuse their toys.
  12. Why do most of the guns in pawn shops look like they have been through multiple torture tests and then drug through gravel? For months I've been trying to find a slightly used CZ 75 or P01 with no luck. Gun stores don't stock them or they will order one for a ridiculous price. I've been visiting every pawn shop I see and I finally found a used one at a pawn shop today. Unfortunately it looks like it's had a rough life. It has no box, 1 mag, and is scratched all over. It also looked like the barrel was pitted. They were asking $435, hardly a deal. As I looked through the case almost every gun looked like it had been kicked down a sidewalk. They had a Walther PPS that was in horrible shape which baffled me because those guns have only been out a few years. How could someone treat a gun that poorly? It was also priced at $435 I keep hearing about people finding amazing deals at pawn shops but I keep striking out..... end rant.
  13. My company has a very vague "no weapons" policy. I've seen a few guys use their pocket knives while in the office. I leave my Glock in my car.
  14. never again. I did it once and it was a horrible experience. Maybe if they had amazing deals at gun stores I would consider it.
  15. Hopefully they will realize how much money they are losing by posting those silly signs. I recently opened an account with Suntrust and they are not posted.
  16. Glad the officers were not hurt, sounds like it could have gone much worse.
  17. That guy would be crazy to get rid of the dog. Saint Bernards are badass. All my neighbors are terrified of our Husky and call her wolf in Spanish. She's actually a big baby but if she keeps people away that's fine with me.
  18. I have that card and use it all the time. The more I use it the more points I get towards Amazon purchases. Every couple months I will accumulate enough points to buy something decent on Amazon. It's a sweet gig.

    Ruger 10/22

This is fantastic advice. I was doing it completely wrong until you showed me how to operate it correctly.
  20. Sounds like John's (Garufa) key. He drives a purple(yes I said purple) 4Runner. But I doubt he could have left w/o the key.
  21. I completely agree with you Mike.
  22. This^^. Something tells me this isn't the first time he's used that response.
  23. I'm having deja vu... It's the Frontier Firearms thread all over again.
  24. The GF made this awesome beef enchilada dish. It's fantastic.
  25. First thing I thought when I opend this thread was, "I wonder what object he decided to throw this time". Sorry you lost your job Ebow.
